Riad was located in a good spot of the medina, close to the blue gate and close to the main commercial medina road that made it safer for the night. As all riads the ventilation is a bit problematic but the decoration and the rooms were fine! The presence of Mohammed-the house keeper made the difference. He was really polite,...

Our experience at Dar Labchara was a mixed trip. We were met by the male owner of the Dar at an arranged place following a tour, he did not say a word to us until we reached the Dar but was a very pleasant man. Our bathroom room was also incredibly damp and there were no fans or windows to...

A typical Riad ( atomspheric, dark - with slighlty smelly drains) but clean and handy to Medina - enjoyed our stay .Mohammed was amazing - couldn't do enough for us and proved totally trustworthy, unlike some others around Fes. All in all good value,

Then you will find the germs in Dar Labchara. A perfect host for your stay in Fes with Mohammed always ready to answer to your every doubt. Do not be fooled by the outside appearance of the hotel as the interior is thousands times more superior and cosy to rest your tired limb. The location is also great.

We were escorted to dinner and was offered tea and coffe while relaxing in the public area. Lovely terrace too! Our room had a roof leak and the shower...

If you want to be pampered and taken care of, this is the place. We've met both the owner and Mohammed, the riad admin who was there everyday to take care of us. We had the entire riad by ourselves as there were no other guests until the last we left. Talking about being spoilt! In a very friendly manner,...

It was our first visit to Morocco and we couldn't have been luckier to stay in such a beautiful place as Dar Labchara. The riad is very old, well maintained and cozy. It has beautiful wooden carvings and traditional tiles. We always were taken care of by hotel administrator Muhamed, who made us feel like at home and was very...

Overall hotel is ok, but I have never met such unfriendly and rude personnel. Just to put an example: when our driver asked for info on the location of the hotel, the answer of the owner was "this is not my job". Definitely a dont in such an amazing contry!

The Riad is well situated and beautifully decorated. Mohamed is a very good host, attentive to the needs of his guests at the Riad. The breakfast is suburb. We stayed in the three bed bedroom on the terrace floor, which has beautiful views over the city.
