The Riad is super comfortable, very well located, close to the Medina but with the tranquility of being outside it. Both Fatima the owner and Hakima who is part of the staff take care to the smallest detail to make the stay a wonderful one. They organize all kinds of excursions even throughout Morocco. We have dined two nights in the Riyadh and the food is homemade with the best of local produce. It's worth trying. From cake, cous cous, sweets, teas, coffees. All delicious.
And they also have spa and hammam service that we made use of.
In short, weekend visit to Fez visiting the city with excursion to the half atlas and relax.

We had a wonderful two night stay with Fatima. Fatima is a super host, who welcomed us into her beautiful home, with Moroccan tea and biscuits on arrival.

The Riad is located in a quiet part of the New Town, but only 20 minutes from the Medina. There is also parking at the end of a safe street right outside the Riad.

Fatima kindly organised Hammam massages for us on the first day and a guided trip of the Medina on the second day. The Hammam Spa is located in the basement and is something not to be missed! Best done with someone that you know well! The tour of Fes and Medina was also superb; the driver and tour guide did a fantastic job.

We left Riad Raouia feeling happy and relaxed. Fatima and her lovely staff looked after us beautifully. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Raouia! We were there with nursing students working on a project. The location felt safe and was walkable to a grocery store and an ATM. Fatima and her team were so welcoming to us. We loved the hammam experience. We loved the breakfast, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. By the end, we felt more like family because of their hospitality. The actual riad is so lovely, with so many beautiful touches. The tiles, the furniture, the woodwork and plaster carvings- everything was very lovely.

Yeah so this place is awesome. First off the lady who runs the Riad is a complete sweetheart and so are the people that work there. The Riad is in the newer part of town and feels extremely safe so I’d recommend that over staying near the Medina. There’s a lot of young people walking around and all the restaurant/bars nearby are really fun. The rooms are a built beautifully, and there’s all the amenities you would expect at a hotel. Breakfast... soooo good... they can also help you book a tour of the Médina at a fair price, so you also feel very comfortable with the person taking you around.

I have been to different riads, but this one is the best. Fresh breakfast (would be like a brunch), very calm, and well decorated in a traditional way. Very clean, great air conditioning, free wifi, nice bedsheets. The food is excellent, the best couscous I have ever had for a long time. I still thank my wife for the choice of this Riad. The host is very welcoming. As for the service, it is excellent. I will come back willingly.

We spent a week at the Riad as if we were with family! A very pleasant experience with Fátima and Rachid, they are charming. The food is very good, with very typical food dishes from the area. The Riad is spotless and very tidy. It is very quiet and cozy. The service is excellent. The excursions were wonderful and with very good explanations. It is an experience that is worth it, that we have enjoyed a lot and that we will repeat without a doubt!

Mrs. Fatima and her staff made our first visit to Morocco an unforgettable experience! We really enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners with traditional food. We really enjoyed the Hamman bath.

We did a tour that consisted of a day visit to the medina and one to the Sahara desert, where we stayed in a luxury glampimg and enjoyed a camel ride to see the sunset in the dunes.

Unique experiences and amazing host!!

I highly recommend Raouia Toursfor your next visit to Morocco.

It is a spectacular Riad, it is very clean and everything is super tidy. They provide you with all the services you need and the greatest possible comforts. They took us to the Medina of Fes with their vehicle and on the way back they also picked us up. They are very friendly, Fatima is charming and provided us with everything we needed. The food of 10.
We will repeat without a doubt

We arrived in Riad Raouia and was welcomed by Ms. Fatima in her humble abode. She asked us to sit down in one of her lovely couches and was served with moroccan tea and lukewarm towels (which was what we needed after a very long journey). She gave us ideas on how we can tour Fes given the small amount of time we have alotted in the place. Also, breakfast don’t start until 8:00 but she made sure we had breakfast the following day before our driver picked us up for a trip in Chefchaouen (even if that meant for her to wake up early and serve it to us at 7:30). The breakfasts come in great portions and are served in the patio. She is very accommodating and the location is very quiet given the noise and busy streets of Medina. A very pleasurable stay and will definitely recommend.
