My stay here was beyond MAGICAL! I felt like it was a beautiful oasis in the busy city of Fes. We were greeted with tea and the most delicious cookies. Rachid and all the staff here went above and beyond for us and us during our entire stay. I got a massage in the spa. The spa is so beautifully... More

Palais Faraj is certainly the most beautiful hotel in Fes if you want to go the route of the big hotel/resort style property. As it happens in many other properties in Morocco, this one showed the signs of age. The management wasn't completely for making the guest comfortable and happy. Even when they had rooms available and booked way in... More

My stay here was FANTASTIC. Rachid was extremely helpful with my questions and welcoming me to Fez. The spa treatment, I did a Hamman was special and one of the best treatments I've ever had. The room was elegant, clean and I slept great. The food was phenomenal, some of the best I've had in all of Morocco. The pool... More

From the moment we stepped out of the car from the airport we were treated with great courtesy and friendliness. They upgraded us to ambassador suite upon arrival. The service was impeccable and the stuff is the best, we wanted for nothing and they anticipated all of our needs. The details are wonderful and the transportation is great the food... More

This hotel is a restored Moorish palace that has a lovely tranquil feel with a magnificent view from the restaurant top overlooking a large medina. The staff were friendly and offered good service considering we were there during their Ramadan and staff were fasting. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and the dinner menu at the restaurant offers... More

A lovingly restored Arab-Moorish palace, the hotel is nestled on a hill overlooking the largest Moroccan medina. You step in and you immediately feel a sense of tranquillity and harmony. The staff at reception is always smiling and endeavours to help you in any way they can. We were very kindly upgraded to a larger suite. When sitting near the... More

We lived in a riad in old medina, walk ed like 10-12 minutes uphill, and found this hotel and had spa. The hotel is obviously high-classed when you see the surroundings, views in the restaurant. Back to the spa. The spa was good. Services were excellent. I fell asleep when doing massage. What a good sleep! When I step out... More

The best hotel I visited in Morocco. Every thing was excellent. Very quite and all services were brought to the room. I would also appreciate all the effort the front desk given to me. If you are searching for a marvellous place in Fez, never choose other than Palais Faraj hotel and I really mean it. Before I end my... More

Okay, the title may be a bit of an exaggeration but this is an absolutely stunning hotel and was indeed a former hotel. It has been beautifully refurbished keeping the style and ambience of its former glories whilst providing modern comforts. The location is fantastic situated just outside the Old City which is absolutely mesmeric and in my view Fes... More
