I love this beautiful and well-managed Riad. The guys there were so nice and so polite (to be honest, it was a bit hard for tourist to find polite men in Morocco). The cook lady was also very kind to us. They were very helpful for us. They gave us some advice about some touristic places in Fes and they...

The service was outstanding, the guys there were very motivated and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is good because it is near the most renowed gate of the medina and also the safest region to take a walk after dark. There are also lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The best value for money...

I had alot of back and forth with the staff and whoever is in charge of their booking.com listing regarding the heating in the room. We went to Fes during heavy rain and cold. There was absolutely no heat in the room. I literally slept in five layers of clothing because it was so damn cold. After my stay I...

Apparently, this place is like a lottery. If you get an upstairs suite, you are OK. But if you have the bad luck of getting a room on the ground floor, then pain awaits you. First, the doors to this room do not shut properly. To get privacy from the dining room, you have to lock yourself in with a...

We just loved our stay here, from the first welcoming mint tea to the friendliness of the staff, Ismail on reception was terrific answering all our questions, not being pushy on any tours to take and so helpful on our departure carrying my large pack and wheelie bag back to Bab Bouljoud to catch our petit taxi, arranging the cheapest fare....

I was staying in this place with my brother and a friend of ours. The first day we got the room upstairs with airco but the second the guy said that the room was booked and moved us downstairs without a airco and really hot. When we wanted to leave he suddenly could move us up! But this isn't the...

We stayed in the suite on the ground floor, which was a beautiful room with amazing Moroccan tiles all around, and a beautiful wooden door. The service was great - we were a little confused with the directions, and a hotel employee came to receive us at a more famous spot. Navigating the Madina in Fes is a daunting task,...

I am shocked to the amount of positive reviews this riad has after the experience I had with my boyfriend. We arrived to the riad on the 7th of August 2016 for three nights having booked it through Airbnb in May. As we arrived to Dar Ahl Tadla around 7pm where we were welcomed with mint tea and told that...

After 10 minutes of arriving the riad cancelled our pre-booked tour guide and booked one of their own who then lied about who he was to get commission money from things we purchased, in the meantime the guide we'd booked turned up and was sent away without us knowing! One of our guests had to move room 3 times in...

I couldn't be happier to spend my last days in Morocco in this riad. First things firs, the location is perfect! The Riad's decoration is beautiful, rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. But more remarkable is the wonderful staff! They are very polite, kind and helpful. I must highlight a situation when a staff member went all the way back...
