Overpriced and disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The website says that the internal pool is warm, but they told us it actually gets cold in the winter (???) and they charge 200 DH for using it! I have been to 3- and 4-star hotels whose pools' heaters were working and were free. Food is average for the price charged, and...

This is a great hotel, spacious, beautiful pools and very modern..it is within walking distance of McDonald's and Borj Fes and quite close to the Medina. Great value for money, highly recommend going in the summer as they gave beautiful cabanas to relax in. Meet door is the Actors night club which isn't the best but it's literally next door.

Our room was dated but big, a lot of things did not function and required service; TV, phone (never did work), re frig. Slow elevators. Section of the city very quiet and no restaurants. The hotel is designed to handle conferences and weddings not much on personnel service. The front desk was very slow and not very acknowledgable about your...

I stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is nice and clean. Reception staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is good and the dinner was good. Alcohol is expensive.

Got a great room with a view of the pool and amazing landscape. But there was so many things wrong with the room: the balacany door won't lock, the safe doesn't work, and the air conditioning is useless. But we called the front desk and they came right away and fixed everything. The food was very good, but the service...

I stayed as part of a tour group. The bathroom had mild, frayed towels large cops in the ceramic soap dishes, tape on the hair dryer....all items that I certainly do not want to pay for in a hotel. Many of my fellow grave loo ers had worst experiences. The bed was comfortable however this property needs a makeover.

We spent two nights here as part of a group tour. The hotel initially looks quite nice, is in a beautiful setting, and has a nice outdoor pool area at the back. Our room was very large with a nice balcony. Unfortunately, that is where the ‘nice’ part abruptly ended. The room was actually in deplorable condition. The coffee table...

The position of the hotel is good, next door to a shopping centre and a 20 - 30 minute walk to the medina. The rooms are small and definitely not 5 star standard, but the beds are nice and comfy. Breakfast was great, no complaints.

A very good hotel, comfortable spacious room. Great buffet with excellent choices. Air con struggled to keep the temperature comfortable. Hard bed if that's what you like. Clean and modern. Happy to recommend.
