Not worth value for money. No complimentarty water or tissues provided for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was overpriced. Good pizzas served at the pool restuarant. Next to Borj shopping mall which makes it convenient to get essentials.

It is a good hotel but the front desk service is poor The service lady at the reception is not professional kind of rude The hotel staff doses not care about customers, they only car about money. The pool is good The food is good Unprofessional staff ruined the whole experience, always acting like if they are doing you a favor. You need to hire professionals of tourism who knows how to talk, act and provide and excellent service to customers. I will not come again

On arrival we thought this was a beautiful hotel.. The common parts eg the lobby the pool are beautiful but the rooms and service are in need of improvement.the bath is difficult to get into and then you need a degree to work the taps! The bed was not comfortable and there was no laundry bag or towelling robes. The Aircon in the room didn’t work well. But the balcony and the view is gorgeous. The service in the hotel is poor. I waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee. I would have made one in my room but there was no kettle etc.

This hotel resembles like a small oasis. The pool was amazing the dining rooms spectacular. One big disadvantage was that the rooms were too small. Spa facilities are available and good.I was expecting more from this hotel. Service was Extremely poor.

Our group stayed here two nights. I'll start by saying the lobby is beautiful! After that, I have some issues with this place. The water pressure is terrible!! If someone in another room was taking a shower, the toilet wouldn't flush.I was also startled by the fact that there is a metal detector at the entrance, and that they check for explosives under vehicles! (I guess that fits in with the overall vibe in Fes...there were armed guards everywhere on the streets at all hours of the day.) A small group of us went to dinner in the hotel restaurant. One person ordered a vegetarian dish, and another person at the table confirmed it with the waiter in French, just to make sure he understood. When the server brought all of our orders out, he then decides to tell her that they were out of what she ordered!! Talk about poor service! And he had the nerve to make her pay for the soup she had to settle for, which she said wasn't even that good! The bed was comfortable enough for two nights. It is conveniently located right across the street from a mall and a supermarket, as well as other restaurants, so there is that. There are worse places you could stay, but I wouldn't say this is one of my favorites.
