I would strongly recommend this beautiful Riad in Fes. The garden is amazing, room is clean and stylish, bed is comfortable, meal is delicious …. The owner is so nice and knowledgeable. We had very pleasant conversations with him when arriving and leaving. I've we come back to Fez we definitely book this Riad again for more days.

The most nice and perfect place I've ever stayed. Really a magical garden and very beautifull bedrooms in different styles. The owner Michel knows a lot about the city and speaks very good in several languages. The food, breakfast aswell as the dinner were really tasty. They also serve wine and the Riad is located very well in the hart... More

Riad Salama was comfortable . Michele the owner could not have been a more gracious host. When my son and I arrived for a two night stay we were greeted with a wonderful meal, a very nice wine and friendly conversation. Our room was terrific....large and well appointed (it even had a TV and a hair dryer). When staying at... More

We also loved this ryad and found Michel a delightful host. We enjoy a wine or two with dinner as part of a holiday, so it was lovely to have Michel recommend bottles from his cellar in the normally dry Morocco. We loved the 4 course dinners and ate in the ryad both nights, once in front of a fire... More

Beauty in the middle of the medina. Food and accommodations were amazing. Our room on the ground floor was done in African art and motif. Comfortable beds and quiet courtyard. Owner and staff totally committed to your comfort.

Riad Salama was a serene respite from the craziness around it, with excellent, traditional riad facilities at a reasonable price. Our rooms had balconies overlooking the serene internal courtyard of the riad. Unfortunately we only staid at Riad Salama for a day and a half during a whirlwind trip to the hustle and bustle of Fes. The staff was accommodating... More

This is a beautiful riad with a very large courtyard. Some of the rooms are new construction and we stayed in one of these. The room was very large and very comfortable and we enjoyed our room very much. The weakness here was in the personal service where there just wasn't that much attention paid to the guests. I was... This is a beautiful riad right in the middle of the Medina. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff were quite friendly. Unfortunately, there were a couple of small issues that brought the rating down and they are all about attention to detail. They catered for my wife's gluten free needs but one morning catered as if the... More

My son and I began our 10 day visit to Morocco in Fes and at Ryad Salama, a very good place to start. A charming place with a lush inner court, traditional furniture, the four colors of the imperial cities represented in the glass of windows and doors throughout. Michel and his assistant were hospitable and helpful. Our room was... More

I enjoyed my three night stay at the Ryad Salama. My room was up a dedicated stairway and included a large bedroom, bathroom, and small sitting area leading to a private balcony overlooking the lush courtyard with a plunge pool. Moroccan antique furniture in the room, and it was a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts were included, with coffee, juice, croissants,... More
