We had a 3 night stay at this riad and each day was a pleasant experience. The rooms are very clean, the air conditioning units work well, the decor is beautiful but, the major selling point is the staff. Kasam, the girls who work there, and the night-time guy are warm, welcoming, helpful, and super, super nice. They did everything... More

Mashallah, this is a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean, upgraded for no cost and the manager is very flexible and friendly. Kacen was available at all times and he is a big factor in making this place Number 1 on Trip Advisor. Thank you for making the stay a Home away from Home. I recommend everyone to... More

We arrived at the Riad Ahlam Hotel last Friday, where Casam and the girls welcomed us like we knew each other for years already. I felt at home straight away. The hotel is built in traditional Moroccan style and therefore gives you a sense of luxury and comfort. The "courtyard" has a lot of atmosphere... especially at night when the... More

Three things have made my stay at Riad Ahlam an unforgetable experience : the location, the staff and the food. The Riad is within earshot of the parking lot and the marvellous Souks of the medina . The staff are attentive and very helpful. The manager has a mine of relevant information to answer all querries. The food is a... More

Great location with proximity to the F'es medina and the central location of Bab Bou Jeloud in case anyone gets lost. Close to the food area as well in case you arrive late and are starving like us. The staff were amazing and helpful, especially Shaima and the other girls. We got upgraded free of charge. The staff helped with... More

good food, nice location, but no hamman or massage service available on site. No beer available even if european, no good indication for outdoor dinner, too noise during nighttime, because of the too young and not client - oriented staff. The organisation of the house is friendly, but too informal to reach always good results. , The athmosfere of the town... More

Dear customer, This is to say that we, at Riad Ahlam , are really sorry that almost nothing was Ok for you during your stay in Fez. However, We see it worthwhile to draw your kind attention to the fact that nowhere have we ever mentioned that at Riad Ahlam, massages and liquors are available. If you had let us... More

This riad was the most beautiful I stayed in during my time in Morocco. The central courtyard was very nicely done, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location, right on the edge of the Fez medina is perfect, allowing easy access to the old city but also allowing car access to the riad. But it was the staff... More

I picked Riad Ahlam my usual way..balancing trip advisor reviews against expedia ratings and price and once again landed on my feet! The Riad is, in a word, excellent! It comes with all of the trimmings of a Moroccan Riad, finely detailed and superb workmanship. The rooms are spacious and the view from the top floor balcony are just amazing!... More
