Spent 3 nights with our OAT group of 15, we all liked it a great deal. Highlights are the friendly staff, the charm and character of the physical place, the food at breakfast and their dinner, the nice first floor meeting room with fireplace, the location, and the artwork. We stayed at other hotels and riads in Morocco but this...

Ten of us shared some of the duties and learned the hands on of preparing a tagine. The woman chef and her assistants were very good helping with the various preparations. Of course, the best part was eating! This Riad is very lovely and is being updated so more rooms will be as elegant as though we saw. For the...

My OAT tour stayed at this beautiful Riad in Fes Morocco in February 2017. We spent three nights there It is large property with 2 beautiful sections, good dining, excellent helpful staff. A real treat to stay in such beauty. There is a rooftop terrace that we enjoyed several times. It is an exotic and comfortable place to stay and...

Quite an adventure staying in a riad in the medina. Stayed here on a group tour. A porter met our bus on the outskirts of the medina. We then walked about 3 short blocks to the Riad. We walked in from The plain outside to an oasis on the inside - colorful mosaics, cushioned couches, open aired patios with a...

What a gorgeous riad, drop dead mosaics and gypsum carvings that were so intricate. Everywhere you looked there were details that were exquisite. However, our room the first night was over the service door to the kitchen. The banging started very early and obviously disturbed our sleep. I brought this this to the attention of the staff and we were...

On February 13, 2017, my wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in the Riad Salam in Fez, Morocco. The hotel was truly beautiful in the Moroccan tradition. The intricate detail of the architecture was incredible. What made this hotel so very special was the staff. They helped us dress in Moroccan attire, played Moroccan music, took our photos...

This is the kind of place you walk into, after walking down a very ordinary street, and go "wow". It feels like being transported to into another world and another time. This was my image of exotic Morocco. The staff were super warm and friendly. Our room (the Sultana) was opulent.

It's a special treat to stay in a riad, rather than the usual hotel. Rooms are all different, since this was a private home once upon a time. It's been brilliantly redone, and rooms are unusual and very nice. Public rooms are full of lovely details--mosaics, pool, etc. Food is very good, if not outstanding, and the service is wonderful....

We were here with a group tour, so don't know the pricing or how the rooms were selected. This was a great place to stay, very comfortable, centrally located to the Medina, and with lovely atmosphere. The central courtyard was elegant, and the rooms were of good size with good amenities incuding a large bathroom and shower. The meals were...

To an opulent time in Fez. This Riad is conveniently placed but with niceties you wouldn't find in the old medina. Lovely lobbies, unique rooms, wifi, a great rooftop patio, spa facilities & great food. The staff- particularly Jamila & Mouhamed- could not be more attentive. A nice mix of old Fez & modern amenities
