A stay at Palais Amani really is a truly special experience, on so many levels. The first thing you experience upon arrival, and then throughout your time, is the warmth and kindness of the staff and their constant desire to ensure you truly have the greatest time possible. It is clear how proud the team are of their hotel and their city, and that shines through. Palais Amani in itself is a beautiful place to spend time and a fantastic base for exploring the wonders of the historic and special Medina. The rooms are sumptuous but also comfortable, the food delicious and the rooftop areas create a relaxing space to just sit back and soak it all up. There is also a huge amount on offer in the hotel, from yoga to Medina tours and, our favourites, the cookery school and hammam. The cookery school in particular made for an unforgettable (and delicious) experience, with plenty of fun. All in all, we really couldn’t praise our stay enough- thank you so, so much. …
Palais Amani is a dream on the earth. Fantastic architecture, such a beautiful Riad that is completed by an outstanding staff. My wife and I were greated with an upgrade and our suite was just fantastic, breakfast could have a little more options, but what is available is really savory and delicious. The complimentary fruit, nespresso, tea and morrocan sweets every night are just one more touch that shows how deeply the team cares about their guests. My wife had an issue with a leather jacket she had bought and they tirelesly worked around to help her, even past midnight. A special note to Loubna from the team is worthy, she gave us the best tips in terms of restaurants and programa and ensured reservations, even as we had arrived really late and tired from a long trip, and she mostly managed to keep a restaurant open for us, because it was the best recommendation in terms of typical Morrocan food. PS: Their location at night might be hard to find and the Medina might look spooky, so do not forget to ask in advance for someone from their team to meet you and bring you to the Palace, you will be acompanied by someone with a very long smile.…
We were recommended this place to go for a relaxing relaxing massage and boy were they right. Excellent service, they were even able to accommodate us on the same day we were returning back home. I wish we could have stayed at this hotel as it looks amazing, there is always a next time!
Palais Amani is simply beautiful. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Morocco. The staff were all excellent — so thoughtful and kind. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.
A lovely Hammam experience from start to finish - I felt very welcome and very pampered. A visit to Amani feels like a nice luxurious break to a green oasis in the middle of the Medina, the staff were incredibly attentive and lovely (from the reception, to Hammam itself and everyone we came across). It’s also a good introduction to Hammam if you are doing it for the first time or as a tourist in general.
Totally loved the cooking course we did at Palais Amani today. It started with a relaxed but very informative walk around parts of the souk to buy ingredients with our chef Houssam and facilitator Fatima (both lovely). And then back to the tranquility of Palais Armani’s rooftop to cook. It was a wonderful place to do it, we cooked delicious food and had a lot of fun doing it.
This place is truly amazing. The facility is gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful. The location could not be better. The staff are lovely and caring people. They genuinely want to make your stay as wonderful as possible. While convenient, the restaurant is reasonably good but not as great as many surrounding restaurants. Staff will happily recommend other restaurants, make reservations and arrange a guide to get you there (key in these winding streets). Without any reservations I highly recommend Palais Amani if you’re going to Fez
Best experience in fez! We spend a great afternoon going to the medina to shop for the ingredients, together with fatima and the chef. They explain us all about moroccan traditions and we got to try some tipical products while doing it. Later in we head to Amani where we did the class in the roofotp, which is a beautiful setting. Fatima is an excellent host and guide and she made it so easy to follow. We had a lot of fun and it was the highlight of the trip!
Amazing experience, the staff is very helpful and experienced. I have stayed in exceptional suite room with my little son and we have enjoyed every minute. There is a beautiful terrace with breathtaking view of the old Medina. Highly recommend!
I booked a happy hour royal hammam here. It was the most wonderful experience. If you are staying nearby someone will collect you and drop you off so you don't have to worry about finding it. The staff were so kind and welcoming. On arrival I was treated to mint tea and biscuits whilst having the process explained to me in detail so I knew what to expect. Everything about the hammam I had was faultless. Every last detail was considered and all you have to do is surrender and relax and let their wonderful staff take care of you. I was scrubbed, washed, massaged and dried off and I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. The palais itself is absolutely beautiful. You will definitely want to take some photos while you are there. If you're thinking of having a luxury hammam experience I highly recommend going here!…
