I stayed in one of this hotel's "comfort" rooms. It was massive. Oriental luxury as you expect to see it. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, - nothing was too much trouble, including running small errands for you. A word of caution though: you will never be able to find this hotel if you're just relying on a map.... More

As we approached Fez looking for a somewhere to stay the night we were hailed by the usual "where are you from?" and "looking for a hotel?". We normally just pass on by but this time we took a chance and followed the man on a moped. A couple of narrow streets and an alley later we arrived at Riad... More

The people here are very nice and friendly, what's more important, they can speak English and Spanish!!! It's really hard to find one like this in a city of French and Arabic. Also they are very helpful and will server everything you want during your trip!!!

Definitely experienced some of the difficulties of other reviewers - * Internet did not work except in the main lobby * They did not accept credit cards * Waited 2 hrs for dinner and it was way overcharged - 600 dh for 3 vegetarian tangines and salads * Requested a guide which was provided, but refused to show us what... Someone had spent time talking on the train recommended this riad, so I decided to check it out upon arrival. Upon arrival, I looked at the rooms and decided it was too expensive and too far from the sights during my short stay in Fez. I spoke with the owner who seemed nice enough, but when I asked for him... More

This Riad was nothing but trouble. We were quoted twice the rate on booking.com, told that they have WiFi which didnt work on an iPhone as we walked through, and being far from most attractions in Fes. We were also requested to pay for showing up after deciding we would go somewhere else. My family lives here and I had... More
