If you ever visit Casablanca, this is the hotel to stay in. We upgraded ourselves upon check in to the junior suite and we didn’t regret it, the room was modern, spaces and had a huge bathroom. The service was A1, highly recommended.
Hotel was very nice. Staff was super friendly. Very walkable location. Not as luxurious from the architectural point of view but the interior is very nice . Rooms are on par with what you’d expect but nothing over the top or memorable. All in all a great experience. Gym was more than adequate . Enough machines to hit each body part and very clean. Would recommend
After staying four nights at the Four Seasons Marrakech, I was very disappointed with this hotel as it is a night and day difference. The hotel appears old and not representative of the Four Seasons brand, more of a regular four star hotel. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is ok, but the Four Seasons hotels are not just regular hotels, but far and above better. We stayed here the second week of March during the Coronavirus Pandemic and were stressed out if we could go home or be stranded here. Immediately when we walked into our room, we notice the very foul moldy smell. We asked housekeeping to spray it, but we had a tough time sleeping. Whenever you opened the drawers, you could smell the musty smell. It felt very humid and for someone who works in insurance, this apparent smell was a water leak. We asked to change rooms as my wife could not sleep and ha da headache all night. The hotel switched rooms and actually gave us a nicer room facing the ocean. However, the service was subpar. Kamal showed us the new room and told us to call him when we are ready. We called about 15 minutes later, left him a message. We also let housekeeping know who said they will send someone to get our stuff. After one hour, we never heard back so we called again and Kamal said he never got my message and will send someone to move our stuff right away. After another 15 minutes of waiting (it's been a total of 1.5 hours now), I just went down to the lobby and asked what the problem was. You don't expect this type of service from Four Seasons. Kamal eventually brought up some desserts to our room and left nice note apologizing for the troubles with the room. The new room still had a little bit of a moldy smell, but we did not complain about it. At the Four Seasons Marrakech, the hotel was very customer driven and gave us options for tours via the hotel, or via taxi. For example, to take a taxi from Marrakech to Casablanca (3 hour distance) using the hotel's Mercedes, the cost was 3,000 MAD, or 1,400 MAD using a taxi. To get a tour of the medina using a guide, the hotel charged 550 MAD for a half day or four hours. To put in comparison, a tour of Casablanca and Rabat via the hotel with a private driver cost 8,500 MAD (almost 6 times the price) for a location that is only hour away. In Tangier, the cost to go to Chefchouen via the hotel cost 1,100 MAD, so these rates were OUTRAGEOUS. Moreover, the hotel says "sorry, this is the only option we have" and refused to help us with any other option including taxi while the Four Seasons in Marrakech would make calls on my behalf to find taxis. The Four Seasons Casablanca told me to Google it and that for liability reasons, they cannot use anyone else. Then why can the other Four Seasons offer this? In any event, I found someone who charged me 1,500 MAD for an entire day trip to Rabat and Casablanca so if anyone needs this driver's contact info, email me and I'll provide it. The driver spoke English as well. Breakfast was good, but the main breakfast was closed for two of our nights so the buffet option was not open during our stay. Breakfast was great with many options. We did not eat dinner at the hotel as there is a shopping mall right across the street. Traveling with young kids, they wanted to eat McDonald and Dominos which is a two minute walk away. The mall has a Carrefour grocery store as well. I used the spa on two occasions and had the best message I ever had using Argan oil. I would highly recommend it as the prices are very reasonable comparing USD. The sauna and jaccuzi are nice, but don't get too hot. I noticed this at every hotel I stayed at in Morocco. We did not use the pool as it was cold. The hotel is right on the beach and has nice views of the ocean where you can also ride a camel or horse. The Hasan Mosque is only a few minute drive away. The service was nice at the lobby and breakfast, but didn't go above the call of duty comparing the Marrakech location. I would rate this hotel as a Marriott or Hilton, but don't expect Four Seasons/Ritz Carlton/St. Regis type service or facilities here.…
I travel a lot and this hotel and staff especially is top notch! Amazing rooms and beach access and pool. Staff is very friendly and service is beyond excellent. Very elegant décor as well! I has an amazing time!
There are hotels where staff are nice and professional but this hotel I felt they r genuine and caring. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the state of the hotel. Will go back.
