I stayed at Riad Jnane Sherazade for a short one night stop over. It is a great hotel in a beautiful setting with a large terrace downstairs and terraces off the rooms on which to enjoy the sun. The hotel staff were kind, helpful and attentive and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant.

Janine Sherazade is a wonderful safe and secure retreat from the madness of Casa. The staff attended to our every need from the time of making the booking - nothing was too much trouble. Altering bed arrangements was no problem, and comfortable and safe transfer from the airport was seamless. Enormous, very comfortable, traditional and spotlessly clean room with giant...

This is my first Moroccan experience and i found the Rhiad quaint with a beautiful garden midst a city of concrete and not much greenery. Yes it may be a little antiquated but if you don't want to experience the true essence of Casablanca go to the Hyatt. - Room/ comfortable & clean - Breakfast / good although i think...

Room are tired. Location is out of the way. Need a cab to get to the main attraction areas. Better to stay on the coast. Difficult to find staff when you need them. Breakfast is good, freshly cooked pancakes.

The simplest things you'd expect at any hotel end up being extremely complicated. The wifi network is very weak or nonexistent, the staff shouts at you and argues with you every time you ask for their help, and the rooms are so dusty that everyone in our group had severe allergies during their stay. Would discourage any guests from staying...

Very difficult to find. What you pay for initially is not even close to your final bill (they just keep adding stuff, including parking.) The breakfast room is so pretty but the breakfast was atrocious and we were being served by just one lady who literally refused to give us second helpings. Rooms are nothing to brag about.

...poor and shabby neighbourhood - some taxi drivers couldn't find it. Over priced wine at 600MAD, available elsewhere for 200MAD. Dead and dying cockroaches in my en-suit bathroom. Only one other guest stayed there and for only one night, nobody in the restaurant. No hot water one evening, none the following morning and no members of staff there to rectify...

This hotel was not a great experience for me and I am reluctant to say that I echo many of the other reviews and struggle to see how the rating is so high for this hotel. I really don't enjoy rating properties so low however a combination of many circumstances below average contributed to my rating. Similarly to other guests:...

We picked this place based on fabulous reviews, however it did not live up to our expectations and led us to question our upcoming reservations. First, the riad is very out of the way! You must take a taxi to get almost anywhere. There are few taxis that run past the riad, so add 15 minutes to the time you...

I recently stayed here based on the #8 rating that Tripadvisor gave this hotel. This hotel is deserving of such a rating. The rooms are old and outdated, the prices are not the best, the location is in not easy to get to and most taxis get lost trying to get here. Breakfast is not included and staff doesnt speak...
