The lobby looks quite impressive for this central hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. Intrepid had forgotten to add me to the list, but the hotel staff accepted my voucher and provided me with a room. Rooms are dated, but clean enough. Though the towels and bedding were a little threadbare. It is not the flashest hotel you... More

We visited 8 different hotels and riads in Morocco. We loved all of them except this one. It was dark and dingy. The staff made no effort to help with bags. During check-in and check-out they carried on a conversation in Arabic with one another and didn't even welcome us to the hotel. We asked about places to get a... More

This hotel was very dated and there was a weird smell, especially in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door closed the whole time. Wifi was not initially working but it got fixed during our stay. Breakfast was ok. Typical Moroccan breakfast but self-serve.

It's my first day in Morocco and I've rejected by shop owners looking for a contact lens solution, trying to buy chandeliers. My favourite though was when I wanted to talk to my guide Rashid, who had kindly called to see how I was settling in, the chap on duty in this hotel told me to speak Arabic if I want... More

A medium standard hotel with extremely good location (just hop off the Tram at the Central Market); central yet quiet. Clean, nice, accomodating. Good beds and breakfast. Would defenitely recommend it!

This hotel is mentioned in Lonely Planet. It's not far from the Medina which is interesting. Casablanca is the economic capital city so my Intrepid guide was invaluable in locating a terrific restaurant.

Stayed here on our first night in Morocco, was a good introduction to the country. Lobby is a work of art! Staff very helpful when we had an issue with passports-helped us out of what could've been a very tricky situation

A simple hotel in arhat her run down part of the city. Rooms simple and clean. The staff were not very enthusiastic or helpful. When I asked about a " city tour " I then got some response. They arranged a three hour city trip costing 450dhms. The filthy taxi arrived .... I presumed that this was to take me... More

Staff was friendly and helpful. They explained us how to pay taxi and how to reach Rick's cafe. Design of reception and rooms is nice. Location is very good, almost everything can be reached on foot. Clean. Quet.
