This hotel needs to be closed for sure. it was one of the worst maybe the worst experience i have had in the hotel category. When i checked-in i noticed that they gave me a room full of humidity and with a bad smell. After i complained, they changed it to a another room but very cold. we put the...

I booked in the spa for moroccan bath and i was shocked..first they had no towels and i was given an old damp bath robe, then when i asked for water as i was extremely thirsty they said they have none and it would take a long time to get it from the restaurant, i will never go there again..AVOID...

Visually the hotel is very nice and well designed and the wifi is free however... sadly, these are probably the only positive things I can say about it. The young lady at the front desk was very impolite and seems she forgot that her job is to serve the guests. Maintenance is a serious issue as the room was very...

After travelling by train from Marrakech for about 4 hrs this was an unbelievable oasis in Casablanca. A beautiful reception area, where we were given coffee and Moroccan pastries whilst our bags were taken to the suite. When the door was opened and we entered it was fabulous, two bathrooms, separate lounge with a full size bar and a giant...

First Impressions: 1. Parking - On a vacant lot across the street unmanned, dark and unguarded 2. No doorman – good luck getting your luggage and suitcase in through this on the street entrance 3. Requested to pay full stay at check-in – unheard of in my 20+ years of local and global travel. It did raise a flag though…...

This hotel should close down, as simple as this. Absolutely terrible, shambolic and total rip-off. They advertise as 5 stars, they are not worth 3 stars. Front desk staff was imcompetent, restaurant did not have half of the menu for dinner, breakfast was just a total waste of time. I would seriously ask people to avoid this hotel, much better...

Hotel was filthy, restaurant out of a third of the menu items, with dishes turning out incorrect, staff apathetic, lazy and not customer focused. Definitely not worth it - by far the worst place in Morocco. Sly attempts to over charge - watch out. Best advice? AVOID!

We arrived on the 3rd evening, the location was absolutely horrendous, 25 kms outside Casablanca. We spent £150 in taxis just in 2 days...From the airport to the hotel it takes you 1 hour by car. It's a 5 star hotel, that in my opinion isn't more than 3 in Europe, no cash machine at all, the nearest it was...
