This is an historic hotel but as other reviewers have noted, it has not aged well. Like the city of Casablanca, it is grimy and in need of a facelift. The comment about noise above the tram stop is right on: we had a similar room but were able to get moved to a room overlooking the inner courtyard, which...

Everything in this hotel is great. It got decent breakfast, nice restaurants, friendly staff. One thin in modern life is very important, i.e. Internet. The hotel's internet does not work at all. We complained but nothing happened. I won't stay there anymore.

If you stay at this hotel do not stay in room 313… Overlooks tram stop that runs most of the day and night. Even though my room was non-smoking it smelled like an ashtray. buffet breakfast and dinner were quite nice. The staff did change my room for 2d night, a room overlooking the courtyard...much quieter. They say they have...

Quite disappointing to see how this old lady is being neglected. She has slid into old age without grace. The room ok but tired and worn, the bathroom was my major issue. Growing black mould along the upper walls over the bath and the sink area. No excuses. clean it and paint it. The owner should be ashamed of himself....

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location was sufficient for my travels, but the area isn't the best - although it is similar to many areas in Casablanca. I had a room on the front of the hotel which meant I heard the street traffic all night which included the tram car. The rooms were neat...

Clean and nice but this hotel has maybe seen better days. No complaints though. Restaurant is quite nice, staff could not try harder to keep one happy. No charm or character here, just a clean big city hotel for sleeping and eating.

We were told that the hotel was overbooked when checking in, and they tried to re-acommodate us into a two-star hotel. We ended up spending the first night at a below-average five-star for the first night and the second an upgrade at Imperial (after arguing for forever). The location is okay in terms of accessibility but the neighbourhood is pretty...

This was the end of our trip in Morocco, and it was a very nice place to finish prior to returning home. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean and good sized. The bathroom and shower had been recently updated and were very nice. We had both a dinner and breakfast buffet style that offered an extensive choice...

I stayed here on two separate occasions as part of an OAT travel group. As this was originally an office building for Shell Oil, the rooms vary in size and shape. There are 90 standard rooms and 15 suites. The first room we were given (314) was very small and located street aide on the third floor. Lighting was good...

In the last day after our check out , we were waiting at the Lobby for our Airport transfer then we found a guest coming & joking with the staff which was normal until we heard him saying a rude joke about Egyptians. The receptionists were laughing loudly knowing that we are Egyptians staying at the Lobby. I am not...
