We stayed here for three nights, and we cannot find fault with this hotel. It is close to the medina and restaurants and within walking distances to other attractions. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our room was large with access to the balcony. Wifi was good and we were able to find all the hotspots using our smart...

Yes! Location is what this hotel has going for it. It is very close to the Medina and you can walk to places in the neighborhood. The internet is more than slow in your room but does work ok in the lobby. This was our forth and final hotel on our 4 city tour of Morocco. It was underwhelming compared...

We stayed here for the last night of our trip through Gate 1 Travel. I liked the hotel in general, and the staff in the restaurant was really fun and nice when we watched a soccer game there. The food was good-my pasta dish was plentiful. The location was also nice. We were able to walk to a nearby souk...

This hotel had the softest of the hard beds on this trip. The bar area was a nice surprise (had live music). Good room size. Breakfast just ok. Terrible wifi, which is pretty much inexcusable. The location was decent (access to shops and restaurants).

After doing a tour through Morocco where all hotel stays were 3 star, I was expecting an even more comfortable experience at the 4 star Kenzi Basma (the price was higher than any other in which we had stayed). The hotel finishes and front desk service was 4 star but that's where it ended, the following are some of the...

Comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom, good bathroom --little water for a shower, though-- but fruit is missing in meals, no jam and no sacharine included in breakfast, either. Good service and fairly good location.

There is not a lot to recommend Casablanca as a tourist destination. Most people come here on business; or as a staging point on their way elsewhere. The few who do come as tourists imagine arriving to the romantic Casablanca of Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman leaning against the bar at “Rick’s Café”. They will be disappointed. Casablanca is dirty,...

Staff were nice, they solved every doubt I had and the room is clean but nothing fancy. The minibar is just an empty fridge, that is a thing that could be improved. The location is ok and there is a cool market pretty close. The only problem I had was that the wifi was extremely slow.

Our tour group of 35 people stayed here for one night before departing back to the United States. Rooms: Average size, nice large bathroom, balcony with good view, good a/c unit with remote control, clean, comfortable beds. Location: Centrally located within walking distance to major attractions, the souk, easy taxi or bus ride to the Corniche Seaside or the Mosque....

I was here for a business trip. The building is quite new, from the outside was not so beautiful to see, but inside it is brand new and comfortable. Rooms: all room are quite big and clean. Bottle of water are always present in the room with some beautiful and tasty welcome package. The bathroom is really big, I didn't...
