It felt like we were in a prison rather than a hostel. We had our own room but it was cramped and we had no windows at all. The bed was hard and door locks weren't secured. Shared bathrooms and toilets were filthy, no toilet paper as well. Bread and jam for breakfast. Stay…
This place makes me sad because it is a nice building in a good location and really has potential to be a great hostel. Instead it is the cheapest hostel I’ve ever been too, and I don’t mean the price to stay here. There is no toilet paper, no hand soap, the breakfast is half a…
The hostel has an excellent location near the train station and in the medina. Rooms are basic and simple, but good value. Its a nice walk from here through the medina to the Hassan II mosque. Recommended.
Staff a bit bureaucratic. The receptionist let me wait while he was going through some papers with important stamps. The (dorm) room was basic. It had no windows, but was clean. The breakfast was passable. The location is very good.
"We stayed in the double room with private toilet: Don't stay there."
"most of the rooms are close to the communal area and can be noisy. good luck"
"Get one of the rooms on the top floor"
"If you are a couple, you might want to book online as men and women are not allowed in the same dorm room. A double room is only 10dh more than two dorm debs, but the double rooms were all full when we arrived. If you are worried about the quality of the room, you can always go down the street (literally 25 meters) you will find the Central Hotel, which has much nicer rooms, for 400dh."
