This hotel is old and needs serious repair jobs, there are broken tiles in the corridors, sockets coming off the walls. the rooms smell of smoke. There is no breakfast buffet, each guest is given a tray with dry bread, a croissant, butter, jam and a boiled egg. The worst thing is the night club which has live, screaming music from 10pm to 5 am, the walls in my room were shaking with the noise, when I complained the staff told me they were well aware of this problem. I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy, The only positive things is the pleasant, professional staff who probably can not wait to move on

Wasn’t expecting much taking into consideration all the bad reviews! For the money I can’t fault the place, rooms are very spacious with a comfy double bed, 32’tv, fridge freezer, bathroom spotlessly clean, balcony overlooking the sea, pool area spot on and again spotlessly clean, hotel staff very polite and welcoming. I paid 390£ for flight and 2 weeks bed & breakfast😳 how cheap is that👌🏻😊 if I had to nit pick the disco down stairs is a bit noisy but I have a solution to that...Ear Plugs👍🏻

We are currently staying at this hotel. Our experience has gone from bad to worse. There have been cockroaches in the bedroom. There are protesters outside who used to work for the hotel because they haven't been paid month we use then as our alarm because they start chanting at 8am in the morning and don.t stop until about 5pm. We didn't have hot water for two days and the hotel can out of milk! what were they expecting for us to do milk a cow. To top it off blood stained sheets and the cooker in our room doesn't work and we can.t make a cup of coffee never will I come here again!

Right so I stayed in this hotel as I visited the lovely aggadir. I initially booked it for three adults and was told we will be in receipt of one double and one single bed. Lies! One double it was. Three adult girl crammed in one bed. Fine! I found it bizarre how all the other hotels on the beach front and near by didn’t tax the visitors on stay. But this hotel does so be mindful of extra incurred cost. Cleanliness is by far the worse, what we saw was a cross breed between a coach roach or mice. The rodent was nasty clearly on the third should be there. The restaurant down stair is limited of course to bare rationing and closes early opens late. The hotel itself is not situated near the beach front to be honest neither the marina it is still a healthy 25 minute walk. And ten minute taxi drive to be honest compared to the lovely hotels on the stretch which are eaqually same amount in price but better service. WiFi? Only in the lobby area so do not bother purchasing any extras and Ben prepared to stay in the lobby area struggling for connection and getting lucky every ten minutes. What I disliked about it was the unreputable image the hotel had. When we met with other friends from Say All mogar or tagadirt they said that hotel was for locals a bit off the map to do dirty business and be unseen. It’s not tourist Freindly at all. Receptionist uninterested, disengaged and rude. Also cannot speak English well enough to construct or understand a sentence so communication is so So difficult Lastly they are really accommodating to the tourist guides who charge a bomb for activities and excersions so try avoid the hotel ones go more local On the beach I guess and you will see them hovering around with their leaflets etc. We was okay in holiday met lovely people and had fun, lovely food but as soon as we knew we was going back to the hotel we were miserable due to no Food service, no internet, lack of hygiene and broke. Facilities everywhere including AC etc Yes some may say it’s value for money but I totally don’t agree, youe holiday will be ruined so spend that £5 extra and just book closer to the beach better food service and atmosphere. Lastly parents if your travelling with the kids!!!!!! Avoid please don’t ruin their experience. Ow yh forgot every morning we received presents from the unseen guests! Bed bugs and bites!!!!

First of all I don't like to give bad reviews to hotels because it is some one's life line. The positive side is in quiet area which I liked, shopping mall isnt far from it, the beach is very close, food and cleanness were ok. Having said that I wouldn't stay this hotel again because my 6 nights stay there in march were hell and it was my worst stay in a hotel of my life. The night music from the club in the hotel made me mad and I didn't sleep even one night of my stay and I complained to the staff then the management but seemed no one wants do anything about it. I asked for quieter room but they never tried to gave me better room even though I offered to pay more for it. Then I decided to rearrange my sleep patterns from afternoon until the music wakes up me then watch tv till they stop it in the morning. So what ever earlier reviews said about music and sleepless nights were right. N.B. hotel can easly sort out this problem by insulating sound proof of club doors if they want to run as hotel.

We went for 10 days 2 adults, 1 teenager. The hotel staff were accommodating, in particular the dining room waiter was brilliant. The chambermaids were friendly and cleaned the room daily. The reception staff were always on hand. The rooms themselves were basic and need of repair. We had a couple of electrical sockets that were literally hanging off the wall. The WiFi is dismal in the hotel with reception been the only place one could connect and would disconnect every 5-10 mins. We went half board that included a set continental breakfast and evening meal. My biggest criticism of this hotel would be the nightclub. The music could be heard until the small hours of the morning and often woke me up despite us been on the opposite side of the hotel. For the price I did not expect more and in the end enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The place is much better, than it sounds in the most of the comments. The Crew are helpful and friendly. The prices are OK. The location is close to the Ocean and not so far from the center of the city. The only warning is about the Nightclub down there. They are playing music from 22:30-05:00 7/24. I suggest to bring with You some muffler or noise filter (earplugs)

We went for 5 days family holiday(9people including children). Firstly Alpharoom sold us the hotel saying it’s a 4* hotel but in reality it’s a 3 star hotel. I wouldn’t rate this hotel even 1 star. We arrived at 12:30 at night, the receptionist was rude and couldn’t speak English very well. He we had a infant and 3 years old, they gave us rooms just above the night club + shisha bar with unbearable loud music. None of us slept for a minute including the children’s. When asked for the room to be change the man ruffused saying no room available. When I check all the room on 3rd floor were empty. So I went and asked someone different and he only changed 2 rooms. One of the rooms toilet was continuously licking which was disgusting. The 6 nights we were there we didn’t sleep more the 1-2 hours , even in 3rd floor music was loud. I asked Alpharoom for refund(on the ground of missold hotel and very very unpleasant holiday we had) but they refused. Very disappointing, I wouldn’t advice anyone to waste their money on staying at this hotel. Unless you want to waste money, sleep, and holiday.

Just returned from this hotel. Cheap and not so cheerful! Everything you have read about this hotel is true. We had a good holiday in spite of this because we decided we would have fun no matter what. It didn't help that transfer didn't arrive and we had to make our way at own expense to a. Hotel no one had heard of. Stuck in the middle of waste ground with half built or empty buildings all around. Coming into hotel was freezing and soon found out it is like that all of the time. No heating anywhere and this was early January! Daytime temperatures were fine but even then you needed a cost to sit inside. Got to room after being reassured nightclub was closed. Never been so cold. Presented with dirty hard towels and half of self catering stuff missing. Cooker which was only two rings didn't work. Armed with towels and list of necessities went back to reception. Thank God for Aziz. If we had got anyone else we would like have come straight home. He got what we wanted immediately. After meal and drink out I was throwing up so back to hotel to coldest night we have ever had anywhere. Socks on cardie on. Long night vision bar downstairs which only caters for locals played loud music til after three! So glad nightclub was closed. Back downstairs to Aziz with new list including extra blankets and heater! Now pool area was nice. Plenty of beds etc. Soon found out why! Pool was ice water! Braved it twice but thought I would die! Nothing to do in hotel. No bar open. No snack bar. Says has ATM but that is down road! WiFi only available in reception and only if you found a good spot! Plus braving the cold every time. At least in room we left heater on all day and night which took the edge off! Yes there are real problems with hotel. Plug sockets hanging off wall. Balcony rocky. I could go on but I must stress that this hotel and flight cost less than £500 for two adults for a fortnight so anyone expecting luxury is having a laugh. Once you got out and about Agadir is great even in January.Aziz was more than helpful and special praise to maid and security guard who gave us hugs when we left.Would we go there again? No way but if you want cheap holiday and you go prepared with woolies etc go for it.
