As always amazing hotel, friendly staff and one of the best locations in Agadir. Clean rooms every single day. Bed and breakfast which was more tan enough. Road works were being carried out on the main road so drop off and pick up was a bit of a problem but should be completed by December. All in all great holiday and hotel. Thank you

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They do NOT like English people here. You get treated so differently than other travellers. On my last day there was an English couple with 3 babies who had their card blocked. The lady at reception said they can call their bank for FREE off the reception phone. Upon checking out they tried to charge the lady 3200 dirham however lowered it to 500 dirham even though she said it was FREE to use. However because their card was still blocked they set a security guy on them to follow them round and intimidated the family into finding the 500 dirham while they had 3 kids. Disgusting. The woman tried to explain to reception that the money they have left was to get a taxi to the airport to catch her flight, the lady's response was 'if you can't pay you'll be missing your flight' Avoid at all costs

The beginning of the holiday is great, then it just got worse and worse as the week got on. The air con was filthy and didn’t even work, blowing out warm air, our room was warmer than outside. When we were checking out another English couple (the only other English couple) had to call the bank because their card was blocked. I spoke to the woman to see if I could help (the one at reception) who told me that she told them originally it was free but because it took too long they now have to pay. They have 3 young babies with them and only had money to pay for the taxi to the airport. They demanded 3200 dirham (£260) but then “discounted” it to 500 dirham (£40). They set the head of security on them to follow them around until the paid, they have babies!! Who tried to intimidate them. The woman at reception told them “if you don’t pay, you will miss you flight” with her babies who at this point are getting upset as the argumentative woman raises her voice. After all the years and all the destinations and hotels I’ve been. I’ve never witnessed anything like that. Absolutely disgusting. The aircon was completely dirty and had a bucket as it was obviously leaking. There is no smoke detectors in the room or the bathroom, so if there’s a fire in the next room, good luck. The pool area was never cleaned for the whole 7 days we were there. The tennis court is vile with tiles and all sorts all over the dirty court. They give you flimsy plastic chairs that break when you sit on them. There is bird crap all over the pool area where it is never cleaned. You can barely walk around. This hotel is not English friendly what so ever. You get weird looks, and an attitude compared to those from other nations.
