Hello, everyone., we are from Germany. If you want to visit read before !! Because we read almost all of the comments and let us influence but after we was here and had the room tour we was really calmed down!! We was the first time in Marroko and had many doubts about the hotel because of many other peoples description made it also really hard to choose the right hotel !! And in the beginning we was in an other hotel , what was also good but the facts with the heated pool and water slides was the point to change the hotel and after the roomtour arranged by Amine we had a good feeling and changed to Kenzi and this was a really good decision take this hotel!! Everybody is really friendly !! Amine and Mounir was at the reception and they care for everything!! The animation was also cool , the children had a good time at the childrendisko!! We had just booked the breakfast , because we like to discover many restaurants, the breakfast was also good!! For this price it’s a really good hotel !! The room service is also really proper, every time you will see somebody cleaning in some place around all area !! In the evening it’s little bit loud , but it’s possible To sleep , or you change to the building what is looking toward the garden !! Really nice experience !! I can’t understand the bad comments !! We will come in April again ! Then I will Write again, how it was ! Thank you again Amine , Mounir, Hanah and faysal!! …
After being put in the worst hotel room possible the view overlooked the bin area. Room was filthy we did not unpack. We complained and were moved to a pool view. The balcony had huge crack on the glass, the tiles are coming off the bath surround along with cracks in the sinks and again it is not the cleanest. The meals are luke warm at best. If your British please be prepared to be totally ignored hotel is totally geared up for the French visitors. The staff on reception are the most abrupt to the point of ignorant I have ever encountered. The restaurant staff seem pleasant but that is only through watching them with French guests. Only plus point is it’s near the beach so you can have McDonalds, KFC or a Pizza Hut if you want warm food.would not book if I was coming to Morocco try somewhere else…
The animator team was super welcoming and encouraged us to engage in fun activities in the hotel, special shout out to Tarik- he made our stay so pleasant! The room was clean, beds comfy and breakfast had a lot of options. The hotel is a 3 min walk from the beach too.
The 3 star rating is purely based on the hotel building and not the staff. This hotel is a 3 star in my view. The rooms could definitely do with updating so much so we had to change our room upon arrival due to a broken mirror and unclean bathroom. Unfortunately the room we were moved to had a dirty bathroom also with bath water still in the bath and wet towels. We did not want to make a fuss so we called one of the housekeepers and she took care of it. The sheets had also not been changed so that was disappointing but again we got it taken care of. That aside, the location of the hotel is great in proximity to the beach and some nightlife and shops. There is a Pizza Hut, KFC and McDonald’s nearby. The All Inclusive meals were varied enough for me and the meal time slots were long enough that I didn’t feel the need to rush to the dining hall. There was a BBQ every lunchtime. There was a good selection of desserts but mostly cream based. The All Inclusive bar drinks were only the local cheaper versions and if you want branded drinks there will be an extra charge. The hotel guests were mostly older French people and so most things were geared towards them. Thankfully I was able to activate my GCSE French so was able to have some small conversations with the other guests and French/Arabic only speaking staff. The best bit about this hotel and my experience was the staff. They were all absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming and they tried very hard to keep us entertained and to make sure we were ok. My travel partner was Ill on day 3 and the wonderful Hakima gave her a great solution and really followed up to ensure she was well. We both really appreciate Hakima. My cousin also had a massage in the spa and said it was the best she has ever had. I went on this holiday to celebrate my birthday and the staff really made me feel special on the day by surprising me with flowers, a cake and song! There was also a photographer taking photos (these are charged at 50/60 MAD). Special mentions to Tarik who was great the whole time we were there. Very friendly and did all he could to fix any issues we had. Also Nouradean (sorry if I’ve misspelled your name), he was great at entertaining and always had a smile. And once again Hakima, nothing was too much for her to deal with and these staff are definitely asset’s to the hotel. All of the staff were great but those three stood out the most during our stay.…
I stayed at the hotel as a solo guest, not using the inclusive option and not part of a tour, so I didn't have the food or drink. I just needed a place to stay and this fit the bill perfectly. As others have mentioned, the hotel is spotlessly clean. The fact that the hotel is older didn't bother me. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is superb. I needed some extra help with a few issues (not related to the hotel stay) and the staff, from the bell staff to the front desk and beyond, was wonderful--I found the level of service throughout Morocco to be very high. I really feel I got a good value for my money and grew to really enjoy the area. I would stay here again.
First and foremost, Bilal's customer service at front of house was exceptional. A petite lady at reception was extremely lovely and helpful too (didn't catch her name), as was the office staff out back when we needed to print out our boarding passes. Poolside and water slides were sensational - need to pay a 100 dirham deposit for towels which can be frustrating if you've already gone in the water and you're dripping wet though. Best thing about the breakfast buffet was the pancakes, hot chocolate and mint tea served by an amazing French guy next to the door. Opposite the hotel is the Agadir beach so hotel room has beautiful views from the hotel room. Bathroom has a shower head in a bath and a bidet
I cannot praise this hotel enough. The rooms are comfortable and spotless as is the rest of the hotel. The food is plentiful, well presented, and varied. You could not meet such pleasant and friendly staff and I mean all of them. Hafid in the restaurant and Hicham one of the cleaners go out of the way to help you. Looking forward to my next visit. 9
Most of the reviews on here are correct. The hotel is a bit dated and is more three star than four. Lets start with the pros, the hotel is in an excellent location. It's literally across from the main beach area where all the food places are. There is a lovely stall next door that sells water, drinks and snacks for cheap. The breakfast was big and there was something for everyone. The pool area was really nice although the pools werent heated. They had entertainment each night inside the hotel too. Now for the cons. The room does not have a kettle or iron. When I repeatedly asked them in the first 24 hours for this, they told me they only have one iron (in a hotel where there are 7 floors) and it was being used by someone else. They also did not provide me with a kettle despite me telling them on numerous occasions that I need boiled water to warm up food for my baby. It was only when a nice staff member called Hakima spoke to me at breakfast, she invited me to use the microwave whenever I wanted to warm up my babys food. This was a solution but not the ideal one as each time I would have to keep coming down and at times, the restaurant was locked. We did manage to get hold of the iron after repeatedly pestering the hotel reception however, they rang us within a couple of hours and demanded we take it down to reception which I thought was quite rich considering it took them 24 hours to provide us with one. It is also difficult to sleep in this hotel as there is a lot of noise coming from either reception or the club next door which goes on until about 3am. It is impossible to drown the noise out. Finally, due to the TLC needed at this hotel, our toilet was in a disgusting state from the inside and I would assume a lot of the rooms like this due to the age of the hotel. Overall, we thought the hotel was decent considering the price we paid and the location however, the overall service could improve along with a bit of TLC inside.…
- A very high-level hotel, great services, clean, close to the sea, and there are three swimming pools inside the hotel, very clean, morning breakfast is very good, high services, I have visited many countries, and I did not receive this treatment and attention. Special thanks to all the workers, headed by Mr. Mustafa and the reception manager, Mr. Mounir and his team, Amin, Hind, Hanan, imane, Faisal and Tariq, and the rest of the hotel managers. I will definitely return to this hotel
