You know as well as we do that <60 hotels are sketchy at best around the country. This hotel was a quick late night stop over. The hotel was older and not upgraded, but was inexpensive and clean as we are pretty picky. Sure, we were skeptical at first, but we had a good nights sleep and did not fear... More

It was late when we arrived in the area, looking for a place to crash for the night. Budget Inn had rooms, the exterior was clean and well lit, and the price was extremely affordable. The room was large and very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. One of our towels had a hole in it, but there were 3,... More

This is definitely not a luxury place. It is an older property, but has been well maintained. The price was right. There is also a little diner across the street for breakfast or dinner. Dog friendly.

Its a good place to get rest, driving from Chicago to West. Owner is nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Wi-Fi. Across the street is Chuckwagon restaurant. We had a good breakfast. Ph# 641 742- 3611. Also Smiley"s Steakhouse for lunch and dinner. Rate was $45+ $4 tax. Small refrigerator. Located on I-80 exit 76. Ph# 641 742- 5553

We were on a cross-country road trip and tried to keep lodging costs low. So we never paid much and never expected much. The room was fine, we slept okay and had a good shower, but there were a few flying insects and the room was sort of shabby.. Maybe it is par for the area; I don't know. But... More

After traveling all day, we were exhausted when we found this quaint little place. We saw the sign on the highway & thought we'd give it a try. The room was large, very clean & the bed was comfy! It had recently been totally remodeled & came with an upgraded flat screen TV, really fast internet, and at a great... More

Tired from a long day of traveling and not wanting to spend alot of money, we decided to give it a try. For $45, it was your standard basic room. The plus was it had a mini fridge and a microwave. Room was clean and service was great. Will stay again if ever in the area.

Stopped here about midnight. The place smelled of Indian food. It was late and there are not many places to stay off I-80 west of Des Moines. If I hadn't driven a 1000 miles already I would have kept going the 76 miles to Omaha. So I suggest you stop in Des Moines if heading west or Omaha if heading... More
