Located in Anderson Indiana right off of interstate 69. All of our guest rooms have just finished renovation, and are very beautiful. We offer a Complementary breakfast that includes lots of delicious options. We also have a indoor swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a workout room. Very convenient location with plenty of attractions around to check out. We have suites available, and handicap rooms are optional as well. Come visit us, and have a nice relaxing stay!

We had a great stay from the moment we were welcomed in. Lovely room everything was great. A surprise on Tuesdays they do snack and wine and beer for all the travellers (free) in the evening. And a bonus the room was very reasonable. I would tell anyone to go to Anderson, IN. Thank you Comfort Inn.

Nice and quiet. Beds were comfy. Clean. Receptionist was quite accommodating. Breakfast was more than decent. Convenient to get to.Stayed on first floor away from the pool area, which made it nice, since it was the weekend and lots of kids were there.

It was average and fairly clean. The beds were lumpy and the carpet was old. Thankfully it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was just ok, they didn’t have any meat. There was nothing but fruit if your gluten free or vegan. We would not stay here again.

Our room was 246 and it was recently renovated. The room was clean and very comfortable. Room heating was perfect . Beds were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was served in a comfortable,clean area. Food service was dry good. Best of all the staff was friendly and helped us. We forgot my wife's hearing aid. They called us soon after we left .The hotel manager went above duty and FedEx the hearing aid to us in Michigan. We are very grateful to him in what he did to get the hearing aid to us timely. Now this is hospitality!

More channels unavailable than actually working. We are not talking "extended service" or "extra cost" channels -- Basic news networks not available. Front desk clerk gave sorry excuse for system, saying "the manager has to call the cable service and he won't be in until 10:00AM.

This hotel was just ok. I requested side by side rooms because we had teenagers traveling with us, was told wasnt an issue. We received rooms 222 and 226. One room between us. There seemed to be remodel or construction going on that I didn't know about. It did not affect our stay though. Our first morning, breakfast wasn't to great. Staff was nice enough but every table was dirty even though it was 7am and we were the only ones down there. Floor was also dirty as well as the set up for the food. We didn't want maid service so I told the front desk so she could tell the housekeeping staff. She told me unless I put the dnd on the door then they would still enter the room regardless. We didn't put the did up and our ended up not being cleaned. Next morning breakfast staff was much better. She was very friendly and the eating area was much cleaner with her there then the day before. Pool was not heated and a window was broken out so no heat was in the pool area. The room was also just a basic room. The duvet inserts on the beds were filthy. Orange, stained, we brought our own blankets thankfully. The morning we were due to check out we awoke to find our check our receipt slid under our doors. Odd. Went to check out at the front desk at 6am and no one was around. We left our keys and went on. Paid 600 for two rooms, should have been half that because that's all it was worth.…

I usually avoid Comfort Inns because it's a hit or miss. This was a total miss. I was triple charged for my room, the staff was completely incompetent, took a half-hour to check-in, and as an added bonus my checking account was over-drafted because they kept charging my check card trying to check me in. Now I have to call my bank for fraudulent charges while being charged an extra $29. The whirlpool was foamy--eww. The railings on the stairs were torn out from the walls. The room was a hot box when we entered. It was a total hot mess. The "free breakfast" was free for a reason. Want rubber pucks as eggs, then this is your go-to. Save yourself. Go to the Best Western Plus instead. Wish I had.

We stayed one night here when visiting Hoosier Downs. The motel was very nice, the beds were very comfortable, property was quiet, and smoke free. The property outside was clean, the rooms were clean and had all of the necessities. The workers at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was good; there were waffles, fruit, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, juices and coffee. There seemed to be something for everyone. We did not use the indoor pool, so cannot comment on that. It did look nice, however. We were pleased with this motel and would stay again if in the area. There is a shuttle available to take you to and from Hoosier Downs, if needed. That was very convenient since we were not familiar with the area.

Staff was helpful and professional. Rooms were comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. Would be nice of the property was updated as it was a little run down. Breakfast was good and had hot choices. I would stay at this property again.

The people behind the desk were very friendly. The rooms were very clean with all of the necessary commodities. I did not partake of breakfast as I ate at a restaurant. The only bad thing was their prices were higher than usual because of the Iowa-Iowa State football game that weekend. Unfortunately the motels can't do anything about it since the higher prices comes from the Corporation.
