A nicely renovated older property. The room was clean but the mattress wasn't comfortable with dips on either side where people sleep. My 2nd floor window looked at a wall 3 feet away. Fridge and microwave in the room with a stall shower and connecting door. Convenient to interstate 88 and food and shopping 5 to 10 min away. Staff was friendly. Price was a little higher than expected for the area and property.

Hotel's Favorite
This was the largest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Clean, modern feel! We will definitely stay there again. I really miss the hot breakfast - the box breakfast did not have anything on it that I liked:( The bagel would have been OK but I couldn’t toast it.

There was no mention that they dont clean rooms daily. Had to do a Zoom call with an unmade bed. When I enquirer front desk was very “icy” in response. Subpar service and collecting all the dough. Very disappointed.

Very clean, quiet hotel right off the highway surrounded by food you can walk to! Even though right off the highway, not a lot of noise, the rooms are a good size, and the staff are very nice. No complaints!

At my arrival the front desk staff were very welcoming! They gave a few good suggestions for dining. Told me were the nearest CVS was. The had me checked in completely very quickly. They made sure that I understood were everything was at the hotel.

This place has very clean rooms and a great breakfast. We were there to go to the water park, which was only a 15 minute drive. This looks very close to the outlet mall too. I hope to stay here again.

Stay here after a wedding at the Fisherman Inn. Nice and clean enjoy are stay. The hotel pools is nice if you are traveling with kids they have a shallow area for small children area. Would stay here again.

My wife and I found the employees to be extremely helpful. They went the extra mile in being sure that we our stay would be pleasurable.The rooms were clean and well kept. Sugar Grove and surrounding areas were under a heat advisory. The air conditioned roooms made it comfortable.

This was one of the worst hotel with poor cleaning standards, and very low quality and selection for breakfast. Stay away from the oatmeal, tasted like they were reusing two day old food. Rooms are dusty and bathrooms not cleaned.

We were returning from a trip overseas and stayed here to get a ways out from O’Hare. This golf-themed Hampton is a good choice, with free parking and a decent complementary breakfast. Staff was friendly, rooms were excellent. Parking lot was well-lit.
