    Noisy
It didn't help that our room was next to the elevator. Tv in other rooms, hallway chatter, all clearly heard. A party downstairs had lots of unsupervised kids in the lobby upon checkin. The coffee/water station was a complete mess as a result. Clerk friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfy too, but we couldn’t close the curtains fully and light shone through window at night making it challenging to get proper rest. Breakfast was good offering hot and cold items including sausage & eggs. Shuttle service was good. Room rate was unbeatable. Even so, I would choose elsewhere next time. Average rating didn’t seem proper, but neither did Poor rating adequately describe our stay.

    Layover due to Flight Cancellation
Our flight from Chicago to Syracuse was cancelled due to weather in Syracuse so the airlines gave us a room here. We waited for the shuttle for almost an hour before grabbing an uber and heading there. Once there the girl at the front desk was not the friendliest but checked us in and gave us our room. The room was very comfortable with nice amenities. There literally is nothing within walking distance for a nice meal besides Dunkin Donuts and a Denny's around the corner. We had food vouchers from the airlines but no one would take them unless we picked up the food! Really, I'm in a foreign city with no car! We opted for pizza and wings and had it delivered. There was a decent room service menu in the room but when we called we were told they don't do that anymore....Ok, so take the menu's out!!! Ughhh. The next morning we were expecting at least a good breakfast ( being it was included) but found juice boxes and packaged donuts and coffee! Hmmm not what we are used to in hotels for breakfast. Pretty shabby and not like the pictures. I hope I never have a reason to stay there again. Beside the decent room, the rest of the stay was frustrating at best.

    Good room rate but.....
Hotel had a good room rate so I hate to complain but I need to. Room was near Algonquin Rd (at the end of hall) so it was very noisy (glad I brought ear plugs). Coffee filter pods both had tears in them so I couldn’t get a cup of coffee w/o cup of grounds (and breakfast has been discontinued). No iron or ironing board in room. Comfy bed and staff was courteous but didn’t ask how my stay was so don’t ask don’t tell. Not sure if I’ll stay again (will be in area a lot the next few months) just to save a few bucks.

This place is absolute garbage! Avoid at all costs! Seriously, if I could give it a -1 rating I would. My 8 year old son was scared to stay here with light not working, bed not made and cockroaches. Stains on bedsheet and cigarette butts on balcony. Linen was dirty and door lock didn't work.

We booked here for the free airport shuttle and the ability to park our car for six days while on vacation. When we arrived there were no parking spots in the small lot, but the nice night clerk moved his car so we could park. Room was fine. Reserve your shuttle right away, as the 5:30 A.M. shuttle was full and we had to take the 6:00 A.M. shuttle, which could have cut it close for our flight, but it was filled with passengers and luckily left at 5:50. When we returned to O'Hare and called for the shuttle, the driver wasn't in due to a family emergency. We had to take a taxi, but eventually were reimbursed for the fare, excluding the tip. We had to call to get the reimbursement, but they came through. I'd stay here again, if I needed to leave the car while flying. Staff was great.

Comfortable quiet stay, can't complain really but I did get a feeling the area is kind of sketchy. Very limited (next to nothing) for breakfast. Internet is very slow. I got the feeling a few of the 'guests' are actually 'residents', definitely not business or leisure travelers. I would only stay there again because I use Choice hotels exclusively for my business travel. Its ok, just get breakfast at McDonalds.

Arrived after booking months in advance to be told the shuttle no longer runs to the airport as promised. They said theyd discount the rule to pay for a taxi. Fine, except they charged my card the dissounted rate AND the full rate three weeks later. Refused to refund.

This hotel is one of many hotels that allow you to park on their property for the duration of your trip as long as you are booking a room. We booked to park and stay at the end of our trip. When we booked, we looked at two amenities. First was did it have an included shuttle service to the airport. It said it did. When we arrived, we were told they no longer have shuttle service. This meant we had to order and pay for a taxi both to and back from the airport. Total: $90 extra. When we returned and booked in, our price was more than originally quoted. The second amenity was free included breakfast. When we were ready for breakfast, they were not serving any. Both were listed on their website. There was much more wrong but I cannot go into it.

Tried to check in and was told I had to wait 30 minutes...and this was an hour and a half past check in time. Went back 5 hours after check in time and room was not ready. Hotel staff unavailable to complain. I attempted to contact them 5 times and eventually booked a room at the Marriot. I contacted the parent company, Choice Inns, that night but they couldn't help me since I was checked in. Took me 3, yes 3 days to check out and then the manager refused to refund those 3 days.

We used the Park And Fly program - this is where you stay the night before your flight, park your car and the hotel shuttles you to the airport. Except this hotel didn’t have a shuttle - they scheduled a taxi for us in the morning and told us it would be $31. The cab never showed! We ended up using Lyft and we paid $40 with tip for that. Thankfully, we made it to the airport on time! Called hotel when we landed - after several failed attempts of being hung up on we learned - again no shuttle. We took a cab 15 minutes to get back to our car - $67 with tip. Buyer Beware! Hotel is really not nice either - we are new to the area - and won’t make that mistake twice.

No breakfast for breakfast included price, shower drain was slow and clogged, not enough toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to ask. no tissue in the tissue box, No room cleaning for three nights stay. the front desk lady was rude and was arguing to other guests regarding No breakfast. She was saying to the guests they stopped proving breakfast because people take foods to room and throw away so they don’t want to buy anymore. she also said Starbucks don’t have some items available sometimes (her excuse). all they had was a pot of coffee but no milk or cream. The next morning they put a few foods out, pictures attached. the worst experience ever.

We booked this stay through our travel agent as we needed a parknfly for a trip overseas. I wouldn’t recommend it. They lost our reservation, and while courteous the front desk clerk seemed disorganized on how to handle our parknfly arrangement. Upon our return from overseas we were told no shuttle was available and to take a cab to the hotel. Really? Upon arriving at the hotel there were guests in the lobby who seemed to be having a dispute with the desk clerk. We got to our room which smelled as though it had been smoked in (supposed to be a non-smoking). And a window was wide open in our first floor room. Police were called to resolve the dispute in the lobby, and pot smoke was strong in the hallway. Poor lighting in the parking lot and all circumstances made us feel unsafe staying here. Management has some work to do.

Arrived at 4 am after a ton of awful delays at Miami international. The Receptionist checked us in and gave us a room key, when we got to our room there was a family sleeping inside when we opened the door with the key given to us. Walked back downstairs and were told there were no rooms available to accommodate our booking.
