We arrived late and Matt (the owner) was very accommodating. We had a fantastic room, more than ample for our one night stay. Breakfast that morning was sufficient to last us several hours. The staff gave us recommendations on places to visit on our way to Yellowstone, including half a loaf of bread to feed the trout. Eagle Peak Lodge... More

We were in Idaho for a family reunion. The place were were to stay was overbooked! One of the owners MATT was so kind and took us in. The floors are all new, wood, NO smelly carpet! If you have a big family or are traveling with a group they also have a room with 3 KING size beds! This... More

We were a large group that stayed one night. Was disappointed that our check in time was moved back by an hour and the ice machine was broken. The staff were quick to get ice for us,give us loaves of bread to feed the fish on our way back from the falls, and bring us two liter bottles of pop.... More

After 3 weeks on the road this hotel was the most expensive but offered the least amenities. No phone in the room, no microwave, no mini fridge and no coffeemaker. There was hot water in the lobby but nothing to put in it. We were told "they" (meaning the tour companies ) "had cleaned them out the day before." They... More

We were glad to find this hotel after trying to find lodging in West Yellowstone that was under $150-$200 per night. This is a budget hotel in almost everything. The owner and staff were very kind and treated us well. However, this is the main stopping place for Chinese tourist groups. They were not that noisy, but anytime the shower... More

We spent two nights at Eagle Peak; the first in preparation for the next days' journey to Yellowstone National Park, and the second, as a stop over on our return to Salt Lake City. By staying two nights here we saved ourselves $100+ per night. Lodging in West Yellowstone this time of the year is very expensive. We found our... More

Nice oasis after Teton and some really rough back roads to get here. Family owned and operated and really caring about our comfort. Nice outside grounds and environs. Visitor center is next door with friendly locals who have good tips on local attractions.

I came to Ashton to run the Mesa Falls Marathon. There aren't many options for lodging in this little town. I was admittedly a little dubious when I booked a room here for the night before, but my fears were needless. First, I arrived about an hour before regular check in. I was more than willing to hang out if... More

We were not going to pay the high prices in west Yellowstone and we wanted to see the Mesa upper and lower falls so we went 60 miles out of our way because we thought we would go back to Yellowstone the next day. Matt gave us suggestions to go to Warm River to feed the trout and Bear Gulch... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and nicely laid out. We were a late reservation, but the owner gave us a really nice large room in a very quiet part of the property. So peaceful and relaxing. Nothing fancy, but a great overnight stay. For that area near Yellowstone, the price was very reasonable, too!
