(Pun fully intended for the golf game in this city). I am Marriott platinum lifer. This place disappoints. Upon check in to room I found a refrigerator full of old food. They did come straight away to clean it up. However the room smells musty and late in the evening wham I walked near the sliding door I got 2... More

Travelers beware. Terrible feeling to reserve a room, only to receive a call from the hotel an hour before check in apologizing they had overbooked and they could not honor the reservation. To make matters worse, they checked and found no availability in the surrounding brand hotels I was familiar with. They found a room for 1 night in a... More

Please rest assured that I have shared your experience with the leadership team to take the necessary steps to improve. I hope that the next time your travels bring you to Augusta we have the... Intermediate affordable stay. Clean hotel with a friendly staff. It was a Convenient location. The hotel had a nice courtyard to hang out. The hotel was conveniently located near eateries. It was a short 10 minute drive to most eateries and less than 5 mins to the nearest coffee shop and donut shop. Breakfast is available each morning. Was complementary... More

First off, be prepared....there is no elevator in this two story hotel. The rooms are adequate, in fact the room we got was quite comfortable for one night. The rates were reasonable, and it's close to shopping and food.

I am glad to read that you had a comfortable stay with us and that you felt our rates were reasonable. You are very correct in the fact that there is a large amount of shopping and restaurants in the area. Thank you for staying with us. Scott Jacobi General Manager More

I rarely take time to write a review unless exceptionally good or in the case not so good. While the accommodations were fine from a facilities standpoint. There is no excuse for "uncleanliness". We arrived late as we made an unplanned stopover and had kids, so we just made do and stayed. When entering the room we found a full... More

Please accept my most sincere apology for the cleanliness issues you experienced. I have shared your feedback with both the housekeeping leadership team to ensure that corrective measures are taken. You stay at a Marriott because there is the expectation that all will be perfect and we obviously failed to meet that mark. Again, please accept my apologies for the... More

The hotel was better than I thought it would be according to reviews. Only result down side was there is only one set of elevators for the entire property and it is only in one corner of the building. So if you are not a stairs fan, it is a long walk. Also, I was not impressed with the Bistro... More

Here are my impressions. The front desk, housekeeping staff, and bistro servers were without a doubt some of the most professional and pleasant I have encountered. Smiles and great positive energy. The lobby is what one would expect, recently updated I would assume. Bistro food was solid. The bed are comfortable....and that's where the positives end. The facility has no... More

This hotel has obviously been around for quite a long time. However, the lobby has been upgraded. It was well lighted and contained all the things the Marriott consultants advised them that was needed. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. My bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. Mariott has figured out how to use the shower curtains... More

Typical Courtyard property. My room had the strangest layout, I've never seen one like it before. The Credenza /TV were alongside the bed on the left side, so to watch TV you had to lay sideways . You can literally touch the tv from the bed. The other viewing option was from a small sofa across the room, The sofa... More
