Charleston, South Carolina

I had to evacuate Charleston due to hurricane Mathew. I called several hotels to see if they had an available room. This location said they did and I booked a room for 4 nights. When I arrived this morning they do not have my reservation nor do they have a room avail so. I can book it online but they...

The hotel room met my expectations. It was clean, comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the interstate, restaurants and a convenience store. The business office area fell short. The computer worked but was not able to save to or bring up files from a flash drive and could not print. The continental breakfast left much to be desired...

Room was not clean. It needs some updating and more staff. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes before someon came. AC unit was loud and would only work on fan. Tv was nice but I wouldn't stay here again if I had a choice.

Not a bad place to stay, a simple no thrills motel off Washington rd. Didn't have any problems. There wasn't any soap or shampoo in the bathroom, not sure if this was an over-site by housekeeping or its simply not provided. Luckily I had some with me. I would stay here again. The parking lot isn't very big. There are...

My husband and I stayed there for the Masters tourney. Our room was dirty and all carpet, furnishings old and ratty. Won't return! $300 per night. Appeared to need many upgrades, maybe running on a shoe string.

Arms and back has bed bugs bites and terribly itchy and inflamed red...found several brownish, small flat bugs in the room and crawling on the bed. (We took photos to find out the type of bugs they were). Staff was friendly, but a tad annoying at the same time. Overall, the stay was good. Could be better. By if you...

Stayed at the Econo Lodge in Augusta, GA overnight on a drive from Florida back home. Rates were good and pet fee only $10. Hotel was in a decent area near many other hotels. Some sketchy individuals staying there. Rooms used to be smoking, and the front desk said they have been trying to remove the smoke smell from all...

The hotel is fine. It's the people that work here that makes this place poor. There is no manager at all. Breakfast is a joke and the mattresses should have been replaced years ago. The nice part about it is the huge tv. This hotel has the potential to be great if someone gave it some attention.

Short and simple, there is no pride taken here and the management really is not around to care. This place was left in the 1980's and needs some mahor updates. The staff does not know how to handlE issues. I checked out after one night.

This hotel is now an Econo Lodge. It has changed hands a couple of times in the last year. We had reservations for a long time for the Masters. New owners had just been there for a couple of weeks when we stayed. Lobby was nice and staff friendly. Our room was clean but it does need some updating, furniture...
