Staff was great and ready to help. The clerk was eating dinner at the front desk at 8pm when's I arrived. I stayed a total of 3 nights and not one day did I find my room to be "clean". The bathroom door had something stuck on it. The fridge shelves had mold on them. The bathroom floor had hair...

I'm staying here because I had to evacuate with my dogs and cat. This was the last room available that was "pet friendly". Being a last resort I didn't have high expectations. My low expectations were not even met. The staff was friendly enough. But the room is dirty, stinky, and loud. There wasn't a remote for the TV. There...

After my horrible, ghetto experience downtown at the quality inn location I had to move somewhere else. I gave this place a try and found it to be far better than downtown and a much safer neighborhood, however the room is small, but the kitchen was a nice touch.

Even if you are not the gingerbread man. If you are, then expect to be eaten by the cockroaches. Roaches crawling down wall. One of queen bed headboards broken and fallen off wall. Mirror from bathroom door ripped off and propped against another wall. Two of four knobs missing from heating and a/c units. Could not adjust temperatures. Very sketchy...

This place was awful. The room smelled so bad of mold/Clorox.....my nostrils were burning. We didn't even try to get another room because I was afraid it would be worse or the same and it was a long day and we just wanted to lay down. We slept with the lights on as we were afraid of bugs! I did...

The hotel staff were all friendly & helpful. The hotel is old & dated. The full refrigerator was nice & very clean. There was a lot of road noise & rooms were not well sealed. A lot of light around the door & noise from room above us was very pronounced. The breakfast area was small & typical fare.

I made a reservation 11+ months out but I needed to cancel 10 months out. I was told 'you cannot cancel AND the owner does not ever talk to customers'. I was then put on hold...I found later (from VISA security) that the hotel tried to run my credit card (thankfully it was denied by VISA - THE HOTEL MANAGER...

Me and my wife and kids came to stay for a state track meet for one night. All I wanted was a clean comfortable room so I was not expecting much. Our track mom reserved the room and I had read the other reviews and was skeptical but willing to give it a try. When we arrived the sheets had...

Stayed here for the Masters and it was most convenient for course and local restaurants. The reception was friendly and quick. The included breakfast was adequate; nothing fancy but eggs, meat, bread, fruit and yogurt. The room had a nice kitchenette which would be very handy if you are staying several days. The rooms were quiet and wifi sufficient to...

This week is Masters week, so I knew I was going to pay 3 or 4 times the normal amount, but, this property needs maintenance and care more than I've seen in any motel/hotel in the past few years. For example, our room needed towels, so I retrieved those, no problem. The door's extra lock above the normal lock was...
