Attended a three-day conference here recently. I really liked the hotel. The staff are friendly and competent, the rooms are smallish, but clean and well-furnished (microwave, frig, really comfortable bed, desk and chair, TV). The common areas are nice, with a courtyard that has natural gas fireplaces at night. They also provide a shuttle that will take you anywhere within...

This hotel is located amid campus buildings, making it easy access for walking to on-campus events and meetings. The lobby has a small beverage & food spot for quick eating as well as a full restaurant. The room I had was on the small side, and seemed somewhat retro with some attempts to modernize. The front desk staff was helpful....

Here is a tiny little room right on campus. We did it for one night and it was ok. It must have been a dorm at one time. Book with them direct and get free parking or book through a travel site and pay $10 a day. More than one night with a couple in that room would have gotten...

This was our second visit and like last time the greeting was warm and the room was comfortable. The location is great - close to the center of campus- however there are only a few food options close by. The coffee place onsite has very limited options so if you don't have time for a sit down breakfast you're stuck...

Overall the meeting rooms were great. The hotel rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The food was good. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the events that were going on in the conference center.

Went there for a conference and I had a decent room. The rooms are small and are much like an upgraded college dorm. It was comfortable and clean so what else can you ask for. The staff, which I guess are mostly students, is pleasant and friendly. If attending a conference at the UGA Center it is the best place...

This was my second stay in this hotel. It's a great location if you are visiting UGA. It's got very nice (but not fancy) accommodations. My one complaint would be the internet. It's linked with the University's, and I never could get it to work. The front desk was very nice and offered to help me if I took my...

We were very happy with the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and the guest rooms. It was great that one parking space in the parking garage is allowed for each room, so we did not have to worry about parking. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included. Unfortunately, when people exit their rooms, the...

First of all, the people who worked there were very nice, listened to our complaints, and did adjust the amount we paid after listening to us. I am appreciative of that and want to acknowledge the good customer service!! But no amount of great customer service can make up for the hotel experience once you are in your room!! As...

I was highly impressed with the hotel, restaurant and conference center staff! Athens is a beautiful town and this venue for a conference is a no brainer. I was there for the newly elected Georgia Commissioners Conference and believe everyone really enjoyed their time spent at this venue. The food is awesome!
