I used Delta Airlines and flew directly to the international airport in Roatan (RTB). Paya Bay picks you up there.

yes beach towels are provided, you'll find them in your room. The weather has been a little windy so there's organics on the beach which attracts bugs, don't forget a good mosquito repellent.
