We are a small family owned hotel in West End, Roatan. We are the only hotel in Honduras that has 4 rooms available for guest with lower extremity mobility challenges. Because we are not located on the main road in West End, we can offer very quiet accommodations surrounded by beautiful gardens and fruits and vegetables. Our hotel is gated, therefore you enjoy a lot of privacy and security. We have a very spacious salt water swimming pool powered by solar panels. Not only are we ecofriendly, but we are always striving to make our island cleaner by volunteering to clean our coastal areas. We boast a huge kitchen and dining room area that seats 16 guests.

I can’t imagine staying at a better place. Just a short distance from the West End, perched on top of a hill providing epic ocean views, Richardsons Serenity Villas is so pristine and comfortable that some of the best times our group had all week was the evenings spent at the poolside there. Our host was gracious, knowledgeable, and helped orchestrate an unforgettable week in Roatan. The beds are comfortable and rooms spacious and clean. We woke up to the sounds of birds in the mornings. It’s such a peaceful place. Added bonus there is a big open spaced kitchen with eye opening Honduran coffee and light breakfast in the mornings. Don’t miss the opportunity to have a catered meal by local Chef Karen spiced up with her homemade salsa during your stay. We will be back.

Betty and Ramon have built a truly magical place. The resort is beautiful and very comfortable; super close to a beautiful beach and shops but far enough that it feels secluded. Betty picked us up from the airport and when we got to the resort there was food and live music waiting for us! The rooms are big and the beds comfy, AC is strong, showers as hot as you want and the WiFi works great. We loved it!

I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful place! Great location, comfortable beds, strong AC, good wifi. Betty and Ramon are the nicest hosts and helped us with everything we could have needed from rides to/from the airport, private dinners, excursions, fishing trips and everything we could want. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!

What a magical place! I love that this eco-resort is family owned and operated & we were made to fell like this is our home away from home. We rented all 10 rooms out for a 50th birthday and it was wonderful to have the run of the infinity pool overlooking the jungle with a wet bar with high tops for our use. The rooms are spacious, simple yet comfortable. Walking distance from the west end beach where there are bars & restaurants as well as water taxi’s to other parts of the island. Richardson’s serenity villa’s is perfect for a family reunion or just friends taking a holiday together. We are already planning our next visit!

My family visited Roatan this past Holy Week and the place was perfect for us. We traveled with small children and Betty and her husband Ramon where amazing. Went out of her way to serve us and make us feel at home. This is a place I 100% recommend. It is also one of the only places in Roatan that has wheel chair accessible rooms and bathrooms. The pool and outside area are ideal for relaxing and swimming. We will be visiting again soon. Thank you Ramon for singing happy birthday to our son using your musical talents for our enjoyment. The kitchen has everything you need and the place is super extra clean and maintained.

My family and I found ourselves stranded on the island as the AirBnb we had rented was found to be uninhabitable. With the holiday season, all hotels/condos were booked up; however, Betty and Ramond saved our trip and our Christmas by opening their doors out of the kindness of their hearts as the Villa was planned to be closed down until the New Year. Within the Villa, we found ourselves to be staying at a tranquil retreat filled with the vibrant spirit of the island as well as the owners themselves. I cannot put into words the superior level of service, professionalism, and hospitality that my family and myself experienced during our stay. My friend and I had such a relaxing time at the beautiful Richardson Serenity Villa in Roatan! The owners are the sweetest people and made us feel right at home. They were very helpful, gave us many local tips, and as two young ladies traveling—they took great care of us! With just a short 10-15 min walk from the West End, you can walk/ride down to all the action and then relax poolside with a beautiful green view back at the hotel. We even cooked several meals in the spacious kitchen. Definitely would recommend staying here to get a perfect mix of tranquil serenity and accessibility to the beach!

The place has a great location right between west end and west bay with a very natural an ecofriendly environment.Security and cleanliness are impeccable. Every detail in the place is elegant and high quality. The pool has a great view and the rooms hace plenty of space. Richardson Serenity Villa is a brand new hidden gem in Roatan. We called last minute the night before and were able to secure 2 rooms for the very next day. Betty was so gracious and extremely helpful. We felt like we were at home and not at a hotel. The premises are stunning, pool was beautiful. Betty will pick you up and drop you off to airport or ferry. We had a lovely time and definitely plan to return. The location is very close to the West End and about 10 minutes away from West Bay. No restaurant on the premises but she serves a continental breakfast in the morning. Restaurants nearby. Thanks Betty & Ramon

Betty and Ramon were EXCELLENT hosts and their villa is absolutely beautiful. Everything is done to the highest standards - cleanliness, comfort, service and hospitality. The views are breathtaking, the architecture and design are top notch and the infinity pool is truly a special experience. Great photo opportunities in every corner! The location is also perfect - short walk to West End restaurants and beach, but just far enough for it to be super quiet and peaceful. It is also very interesting that it is a fully accesible for folks who use wheelchairs! We wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back soon.
