Beautiful accommodations, fine food, friendly help. They will cook anything you drag in (except bonefish) which tempt you from the restaurant. Graham is a wonderful host with a million stories. Prices are reasonable. Cell and WiFi available. Great snorkeling

Grahams Place is a small resort on Josh's Cay off the island of Guanaja in Honduras. It's very safe and the beach is lovely. Food at the restaurant is extremely fresh fish and the drinks are generous. There are hammocks on the beach and hanging over the ocean. Snorkeling and diving in the area is extraordinary. This is a romantic place but also good for families. A little hard to get to: fly to Roatan and take a ferry to Guanaja. Hotel will pick you up in a launch.

A group of us just spent Christmas through New Years at Graham's Place. It was our fourth visit and it was as amazing as the first time we visited. We traveled with friends and our three kids. There is enough to do on this island that everyone was happy. Alex took us on a waterfall hike through the jungle, which was one of my favorite activities and then on another hike from one side of Guanaja to the other. We enjoyed snorkeling, kayaks, beach volleyball, corn hole, and relaxing on the pristine beach. All the while is was such a safe atmosphere that we had no worries about our teens wandering the island and making their own adventures. We were fortunate to have Graham himself, take us on a fishing trip and enjoyed fishing from the docks. We were able to eat what we caught for dinner! I really enjoyed running on the trail around the island each morning. Each lap was .44 miles and the staff kept the trail perfectly raked an free of debris every morning. This meticulous raking also kept the bugs away. By afternoon, the grounds were so well kept, I do not think there was a leaf out of place. The rooms and grounds were incredibly clean and the food was amazing. The kitchen staff made special dishes for us to try. We enjoyed the fried plantains, bread fruit, fresh ceviche, and especially the coconut onion rings. Eric and Josue were amazing kitchen staff and were always trying to provide the best for us. The first time we stayed, I was concerned about getting to the island safely. In the four times we have visited we have never had an issue. Alex was able to quickly coordinate any travel needs and ensured that we had a plane reservation or boat reservation when we needed it. While the island is truly a Paradise, Graham and his staff are what make the experience amazing. Mr. Graham has very high expectations and that is very evident in the staff that he has hired. We could not ask for a better Holiday vacation! Thank you Mr. Graham, Alex, and staff! We will be back!

ABSOLUTELY FIVE PLUS STARS!!! We enjoyed a long stay throughout Christmas and New Years! The entire island including each building and all the palm trees and bushes were totally lite up with Christmas lights. We arrived at dark and it was fun to see the glow of the lights from the island to welcome us! Each night the Christmas lights where turned on for us to enjoy from dusk until we went to bed. Upon arriving we were greeted with drinks and our luggage was carried to our rooms as we were shown around. The 15 minute firework show to celebrate the stroke of midnight on New Years was amazing! Thank you Jorge for all your hard work in making such a great display. The island and buildings are beautiful and very well maintained. Each and every staff member was friendly and more than willing to accommodate any of our needs or requests. It was very fun to visit with Graham and Jorge throughout our stay and hear about how the island came to be the paradise that it is. We enjoyed going deep sea fishing with Graham as our captain twice. I reeled in a 3-foot barracuda that was cooked for us to enjoy that evening for dinner. We also saw dolphins and flying fish while out on the ‘Fishing Time’ boat. Thank you Jesus and Joey for your help with all the fishing gear. The food was exceptional and I loved the specials that were offered throughout our stay. Two of our favorite specials were the fresh seafood soup (pictured) that included crab, shrimp, fish and lobster and Wahoo Ceviche with plantains. I loved the Wahoo Ceviche so much that upon my request it was made for me multiple times for lunch even though it was not on the menu. It didn’t take long for staff to know your drink and food preferences. The desserts were great, the flan cake and homemade Oreo ice cream were my favorites! Thank you Eric, Josue and all the kitchen staff! The second day we arrived we visited with Alex about all of the different opportunities that were offered. He told us to tell him what days we wanted to do what and he would arrange it. We enjoyed exploring nearby keys/towns with Alex as our guide. Alex also took us on a beautiful and adventurous waterfall hike which consisted of a nice boat ride to get there. He also made reservations and arrangements for us to be taken and picked up via boat to two local restaurants. One of of our friends asked a staff member if they had a volleyball net. Within 20 minutes, post holes were dug for the bamboo poles and a volleyball net was hung and ball provided. Snorkeling and kayaking right off the beach was great! We enjoyed hunting for hermit crabs with flashlights at night to use for fish bait during the day to fish off various shores/docks of the island during the day. A special thanks to Maggie and for keeping our room cleaned and well supplied with cold water and toiletries. This was a great trip and couldn’t of asked for better accommodations and customer service. Thank you for making our vacation so fun and memorable. Sincerely, Sarah & J
