If you can arrange a tour of Yaxhá I'd definitely consider a 2nd night based in the park at Tikal. There are lots of good options in Flores, though, and its a cute town. We mainly just stay there if it helps us with transportation; sometimes we have an early flight, bus, or shuttle leaving Flores.
