We were staying at this hotel during our honeymoon, and the service was simply fantastic. We were give two welcome coktails (which were great) and a voucher for coktails at their bar. We were staying in one of their bungalows, which was lovely, with a great view over the sea and the swimming pool. The swimming pool itself was wonderful.

We have visited the hotel for lunch and I really enjoyed the time there. You have a wonderful view over the bay directly in Livingston. The food was good, probably a bit expensive, but you also pay for the view. The menu is dominated by sea food, which I actually like a lot. Overall, we will try to spend a... More

This was my first experience of the Caribbean and it was beautiful. The hotel has a fabulous location - it is on the point where the Rio Dulce river enters the Caribbean. So you enjoy fabulous views and a small private beach, visited by lots of birds. You can watch the sun rising from this beach even as you wade... More

The location of this hotel is good, on hillside with a great view and near the city center. The staff is kind. The rooms are small, normal decor (nothing special) and with a lot of insects. We ask for a Disinfestation but didnt work. The beds are uncomfortable and the the windows let the insects pass. Not the best place... More

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Caribe. We booked two rooms because we are a family of five; the rates were reasonable even with two rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We liked the fact that a full breakfast was included. The dining room where breakfast was served had a good view of the water.... More

We loved staying here. We were a group of 4 adults and six kids. The rooms were a good size, nice big bathroom and a great deck. The kids loved finding salamanders around the hotel and we loved being able to relax on the decks overlooking the pool. The pool area is beautiful, and the staff was all very welcoming... More

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel despite the fact that the air-conditioning could barely cope with the heat. A great view from our room, friendly staff and a good restaurant where we dined in the evening.

We stayed here four nights. The night we came in was a huge tropical storm and the whole city was without power two days! Luckily the hotel had a generator so we had electricity and a/c but no tv. The view was amazingly! The front door of the room opens to a wooden spiral staircase to the second floor room.... More
