Lovely little hotel with its own gorgeous dock. Rooms are small and the mossie nets make them very warm but they are super clean, as are the bathrooms. We had lunch here and I can recommend the food. Also a few beers watching sunset over the sea - amazing!

I can't say enough about this place. The staff or family that run it are amazing. We did not plan on staying in Livingston but my wife got dengue ( a virus from mosquito bite) and could not travel so we stayed here for two nights and they were amazing. Helped us find the clinic, and were very helpful and... More

They have an amazing dorm woth a lot of space. The best is the view. It's located on the second floor with a view over the bay. In the morning you get wacked up by the sunrise and just have to walk down to enjoy one of their breakfasts. The staff only speaks spanish. I don't speak spanish but they... More

Stayed only one night but really enjoyed it. There are little cabanas that have fans in them. They are basic rooms with mosquito nets, beds and a lamp. You share a communal toilet and shower. Make sure you have your shower early as they do run out of hot water. There is free internet in the main common area. Breakfast... More

Totally recommend this hotel. We stayed two nights and we would stay again. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Very conveniently located near the arrival jetty and right on the edge of the water - see photo. Great value for money. Excellent breakfast. Confortable beds with mosquito nets. Just loved it!

Our first night in livingston we stayed at the African Place didn't feel the cleanest or safest. The next day we stumbled upon casa rosada and had an amazing time here. The cabanas are cute and cozy, the dock is a nice place to hang out day or night, friendly staff, great food, and very quite. We wouldn't have stayed... More

I stayed for 1 night here. For the price, the cabanas were a bargain. The hotel had a good layout and was about a 10 minute walk from the boat dock. Many restaurants were close by. The hotel had wifi, but it was slow. Nicely decorated patio to relax at.

This was the first of several places I stayed on my "guateadventure". There is the grass shack cabana option as well as the open air dorm upstairs. What the beds lacked in comfort, the staff made up for with kindness. For the money, this is one of the better places to hang your hat in Livingston. The food and menu at... More

We arrived here after some horrible travel days and just wanted a warm comfy bed - which is not what we got. The cabana was freezing cold as there were huge gaps everywhere which also meant there where hundreds of mosquitoes inside. It felt like we were camping. We told the owner we were unhappy and wanted to move, and... More

Stayed in a nice little bungalow for two persons, 80 quetsales per person, not too bad. Great garden and dock, big fan in the room, quiet and close to the city centre. Breakfast not included, but they have lots of good options for around 30q. Would recommend this place!
