Great hotel, I stayed here in June 2016 and stayed on the 4th floor in room 401. I would definitely stay here again. 1) Staff is super friendly and helpful 2)Rooms are very clean, comfortable and a good size. 3) Breakfast is delicious and included in room rate 4) Located in a great spot. It is on Santander street which... More

Greeted with cold bottle of waters upon our arrival as well as departure, fast check in process, free breakfast and wifi, hot water and great location at towards the end of Calle Santander. Francisco did a great job of showing true Guatemalan hospitality.

This hotel feels very cramped, with four floors, each with three rooms. The room was incredibly small and there was no view, just the rooftops of the surrounding buildings. The breakfast was good and location was convenient but overall it was too expensive for what we got.

A pleasant stay in an above average posada, spoilt by barking dogs and at 6am noisy firecrackers (which I understand is the traditional way of celebrating a birthday). Delicious fresh fruit with granola and yoghurt breakfast.

From beginning to end the staff went above & beyond in helping us get around & making sure we enjoyed our time in the area. Their shuttle service picked us up from the airport for $25 p/p. This turned out to be cheaper than the shuttles waiting around the airport & cheaper than all the others I found online. The... More

Great location, though noise from street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was advertised as a "Queen Room" with a queen-sized bed. It was a double-sized bed. Bathroom appeared clean, though a sewer smell was coming from the plumbing. Note that taxes are not included on room rate quote. I didn't think the room was worth the ultimate... More

What are great little hotel, nice lobby, good rooms, fantastic shower, friendly and helpful staff and possibly the best included breakfast we have had in the America's. Situated on the main road about 400 metres from the lake. After we checked out we left our bags with them and returned for our afternoon chattel pick up. They also have a... More

This is a good, affordable hotel that is in a good location. The rooms are reasonably priced and comfortable, and a decent breakfast is provided each morning. Go out the front door, and there are plenty restaurants, shops, etc. nearby, and it's a short walk down to the lake to watch the sun set over Lake Atitlan. Staff are excellent... More

Very friendly staff in a pleasant hotel. Loved the entrance and the parrot, Good breakfast - not sure how anyone can see the portions are small, they are more than adequate. My only reservation was the room. It was at the back on the ground floor and therefore, dark and gloomy although size and comfort were fine but it did... More

Comfortable room except maybe the bed was a bit hard. As noted on tripadvisor the staff does go out of their way not only the famous Alfredo but Francisco as well. Of course the famous Julio drove me to Antigua. Very touristy area with lots to eat. Note the chicken in the street starts late I waited til 7 and... More
