We had a very clean room facing the not too busy street on the road to Polopo. From the hotel is only 3 Q & 7 min. by pickup truck (fun!) to Polopo which is definitely worth visiting. It's a very authentic Guatemalan town on Lake Atitlan and you may be the only tourist there but there are some wonderful... More

I stayed for two nights. First, the location is far from downtown. If you like to stay in quiet place, it's a good choice. However, if you want to hang out at night, you had better find another place. Second, rooms and bathroom are clean and nice. Matress, sheet and pillow are comfortable. Bathroom is well maintained and hot shower... More

Stayed here for 6 nights over new years and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is super clean and has spacious rooms (we stayed in the private rooms on the 3rd floor). The owners are lovely and always on hand to help out. We used the very reasonably priced laundry services and booked our transfer via the front desk. We... More

I’ve stayed here for a night the last two summers, when I was ending my trip to the lake and wanted an early shuttle back to GC for the flight home. The whole place is spotless and very secure. It’s away from the action, so it’s very quiet. The bed is comfortable, the water is hot, the cable works, and... More

This is a nice clean hotel with spacious rooms. The rooms are cleaned daily. It is cheap and quiet. However I found it too far out of town and away from restaurants. Even though it is only 5Q to take a tutt tutt. They are not always around. There is no restaurant on site so for breakfast you have to... More

Hard to place if this is a hostel or a hotel. All the facilities of a hostel but spacious, clean and private rooms feel like a hotel. It was a little out of town but a perfect stopover place. They organised our onward travel to San Cristobal De Las Casas via email which was really helpful.

This is definitely one of the nicer hostels I've stayed at. The inside and back yard are impeccably clean, dorm beds are comfy and have foam pillows. Japanese food is a nice change as well from burritos:) he owner is very pleasant and helpful. I also enjoy the 10 min walk in and out of town but a tuk tuk... More

This is a simple budget hotel but it's very clean, the room was cool and spacious and the owner was so nice and helpful. It is a bit further out of town but a tuk tuk ride is only 5Q and the place is quiet at night. If you fancy a break from Guatemalan food, the hotel offers Japanese food.... More

My second visit to this nice and peaceful hotel just out of the village of Panajachel. The walk from the villages is about 20 min and is very safe also during the nights. On the way you find that there is more then touristic stalls, like locals, nice little comodores and a very good supermarket! Hotel is spotless, quiet and... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a very nicely kept hotel with lots of rooms. I think they have dorms as well as private rooms. We stayed in a private room with 3 single beds. The service was great! Bathroom towels and sheets were changed every day while we were out, and new soaps were provided each day.... More
