I had booked a room with them directly through Wyndham for a week stay. When I arrived, they had no record of my reservation and said they were booked for the next few days. I showed them a copy of my reservation and they claimed that it was a computer glitch. I ended up staying at another hotel for 3 nights and ended up coming back to the Days Inn because of the price. They charged me for a week. Upon checkout, they charged my credit card again for another week. I was in communication with them for several weeks as they acknowledged their mistake and promise to reimburse my card. The reimbursement never came. They still owe me $600. I disputed the charge with my credit card company but because of it being a foreign transaction, they were unable to reverse the charges. I recommend to everyone not to stay here. The only positive was the breakfast and the server. But they did nothing to compensate for not honoring my reservation and then still ripped me off in the end.

This hotel is centrally located in US related area, All the US food chains are nearby and some are right in front of it. We just stayed there for 1 night before we headed out for monterrico. Bfast was nice but they didnt offer it for our kids, event though the cost included 2 kids.

Days Inn was booked through the Days Inn Website. I booked a room for 3 nights on line. I was over charged and the hotel manager didn't care. Many excuses but no offer of a resolution. The only thing good was the breakfast. Rooms were noisy from street traffic. No elevator

We stayed here two different nights on layovers. It is new and the room was big. We got the same room twice. Had a living room with a couch, TV, desk with coffee maker with bottled water, cafe table/chairs and the bedroom had two comfortable queen beds and tv. Bathroom was all rock and beautiful. Staff is very pleasant, friendly and all spoke English. Breakfast was not Continental like I was expecting. You can order any or all of the five or so choices from the menu. Airport shuttle was included if after 5:30am. In room safes weren't working yet but the hotel has an armed guard (which is pretty typical for Guatemala City!) Lots of dining and shopping within a four block radius. I would highly recommend. No complaints.
