Apartahotel Las Torres is conveniently located in the famous Zona Viva (zone 10) in Guatemala City. The hotel is definitely past its prime and in need of some serious updating. Still, the location is great, the rooms are (mostly) clean, and it's super cheap (US$35/night). If you're on a budget but you still want want to be where the action...

Affordable, clean and comfortable budget accommodation in Zone 10, Central Guatemala City. Good location, near restaurants and bars, at a very reasonable price. Around the corner from Hard Rock Cafe. Large, clean rooms but a little spartan. Comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Plus, rooms have a fridge and fans. Free coffee is provide downstairs. It's not luxury but certainly...

We stopped here for a night before our flight. Got in late, made to feel very welcome. They ordered a taxi for us in the morning which was there on time. Room was spacious and clean, and getting out of the comfy bed at 4.30am was difficult. It is located in the hotel zone so plenty of places to eat...

this is a clean, comfortable, and inexpensive hotel in the center of the restaurant and night life district. The cost was $35/night per room. everything is within walking distance, which is good because the traffic is terrible. this is a no frills hotel, but is a great bargain. there is secure parking and I found the staff to be very...

This is a favorite place for sailors who store their boats on the Rio Dulce. Since sailors are generally frugal (read "cheap"), you can be assured that the place is inexpensive. It is also clean and in a decent neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants nearby plus a good supermarket. Our room had a little fridge so we bought snacks...

Friendly, accommodating staff. Free shuttle to bus station. Close to pub/grill with English speaking owner. English speaking television stations, bottled water provided in rooms. Scary looking hot water element in shower.

Clean although the rooms tend to be a little shabby. Great location in Zona 10 near many restaurants and bars. Rooms can be noisy. Hot water can be hit or miss, but generally is functional. Staff speaks very little English. Great value for the city when you throw in free airport shuttle.

If you're looking for a clean and inexpensive place to stay, Las Torres is OK. This seems to be an old residence that was converted into a hotel. If you pay in US$, the rate is better than with Quetzales. I paid $32 for a room with single bed for two people. Don't expect beautiful views, wonderful service or such...

Hotel is located in very posh area of Ciudad de Guatemala, next to Swiss embasador residence. Rooms are spacios, with nice comfortable beds. The only problem was the view as my room had a very small window with no view at all. Breafast is not provided in a hotel, but you can find something in a neighbourhood
