I have stayed in this hotel before and have always had a good experience. I live in Belize and use this as a base for guests and family to visit Lamani . The jungle cruise boat ride leaves about 100 yards from the hotel front door . This allows for time in the morning to have an unhurried breakfast and...

My friends and I were going on a Jungle River Cruise to Lamani, starting from la Fuente. I was surprised by their excellent service, they were most accommodating and offered complimentary coffee before our journey even though we were not staying there. I would definitely recommend them as an excellent small hotel. Breakfast was tasty and inviting.

We had a good size group stay at the hotel for a few nights. Please note it is 3 buildings, the one pictured is on the street. Behind that is a building that is currently under construction. Then the one viewed at the end of the side driveway is in the back, where we stayed. Rooms were nice, hot water...

Please note that myself and my group did not stay at this hotel, so I cannot rate accommodations... We did, however, visit the restaurant (Cocina La Malinche) located within for two breakfast visits!!! Great food, large portions, friendly staff... My only complaint is that the kitchen seems only able to focus on preparing one or two plates of food at...

My son and I had a jr suite that included one single bed and one queen bed. The kitchenette had a refrigerator, microwave, two burner electric cooker, toaster, and coffee maker with a bar. Of course, it was air-conditioned and had cable TV and internet. We were able to have breakfast there everyday. Also, the concierge is very knowledgeable and...

We came dirty, tired, and strung out from Caye Caulker, and had found a place in Orange Walk online that was a disaster when we showed up (Ricky's). We decided to just walk around town and see what else we could find. The Orchid Palm Inn looked super cute with an incredible garden, but we walked a little further and...

Hey Jess. We thought you'd like to know that by April of this year we will be offering 4 more economy rooms for the US $40 rate. As a fellow backpacker I've realized that we have been missing out on a significant segment of that market. Orange Walk is well known for its street food. It's refreshing to meet someone...

Very clean and comfortable hotel in Orange Walk with a wonderful staff. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind. Delicious hot breakfast. All were reasonably priced. Owner very friendly. Also owns the Maracas Restaurant which I highly recommend. Only open Thurs-Sunday. Highly recommend.

Our group of 6 , inadvertently came to Hotel de le Fuente after being shocked by the hotel we had previously booked on line for our 3 day stay in Orange Walk. We were so pleasantly surprised to find this gem! This hotel has simply furnished, clean, comfortable ,air conditioned rooms. It is close to several restaurants and a bakery....

We stayed one night in one of the very basic rooms which was a great price. It was simple with basic bedding, but very clean and the shower had hot water. We were afraid the room might be very noisy as it faced the street, but the town "rolled up the sidewalks" by about 9 p.m. Our friends stayed in...

Not a lot of choices in Orange Walk. This was a good choice. Clean, well priced. Bed a bit hard. Friendly, helpful staff. Good recommendations for trip to Lamani and eating around town. Probably won't visit Orange Walk again, but if we did would stay again.
