We love the new “soon to be” Ray Caye! As a mariner or day visitor, Ray Caye is running beautifully. Guest rooms, we were told, should be completed in March. We moored for two blissful nights and had drinks, lunch, and dinner at the Lionfish Grill. I love seafood but after two

Hatchet Caye was unreal. We were in constant amazement that such an idyllic place exists outside of the imagination. There was plenty to do, including snorkeling around the island, dive trips, Hobie Cat sailing, kayaking and stand up paddleboarding. On top of that, the staff

We moored off Hatchet Cay after learning they were serving dinner despite the resort being closed for renovations, and were mightily impressed by the choices and quality of food offered. The restaurant is physically a truly elegant wooden structure, open air, of course, with

Many day trippers come over to the lovely restaurant. The day trippers are limited to the restaurant side of the island. This is where the best snorkeling is . You would also have access to the swimming pool

I don't like to be cold at depth regardless of the surface/air temp so I wore a skin with a shorty over (or under!) and was never cold at depth for my 50+ min dives. Have a great time, wonderful property and staff!!

I don't think there is a wheelchair on site - I did not see one, but they may be able to arrange for you to rent one. You can arrange your diving right on Hatchet Caye - there is a dive shop with equipment rental on site.
