Vanilla Hills Lodge is amazing! If you want an affordable relaxing, private, peaceful, and romantic vacation spot, look no further. Claudia was such a great host. She made us wonderful breakfasts every morning and organized our trips to Caracol and ATM Caves as well as our nightly taxi rides into San Ignacio. Without her knowledge and assistance, I think we...

The location and lodging were excellent, especially for the price! (I would pay double to stay here again!) Claudia and Franklin were very accommodating, and their help and advice ensured a wonderful stay in San Ignacio. Claudia's homemade breakfasts every morning were delicious, and I cannot thank her enough for helping set up the ATM cave tour with Carlos the...

First off, Claudia and Franklin are amazing! They do everything they can to make sure you have a positive experience in Belize. I love that they were able to set up my tours and make great recommendations for things to do during my stay. I'm lucky to say that I've been able to stay at Vanilla Hills twice. I've stayed...

We could not have had such an amazing time in San Ignacio without Claudia and Franklin's help! From the moment we arrived Claudia helped us with making plans for our adventures around San Ignacio. Claudia made very detailed and helpful suggestions without being pushy. It was also a huge help that everything from taxis to tours could be booked and...

Claudia and Franklin absolutely made sure our honeymoon was memorable. Claudia arranged airport pickup, as well as everything else, even down to diner reservations. Her staff are clearly part of the family and being escorted to the tree house each night by a small "guard" cat only made us feel even more at ease in this small jungle hideaway.

This lodge is a secluded haven just outside of San Ignacio. If you are looking for a place to stay in Western Belize, look no further! The bungalows are absolutely beautiful with private bathrooms and hot water. They are made of a beautiful wood and even boast a small kitchenette. Wifi was a free perk as well! The best part...

The little gem of a B&B is hidden on Bullet Tree Road, a couple of miles from San Ignacio. Let me start off by saying that if you do not like nature, if you prefer 5-star-spa-resort hotels, this is not for you. This spot is for nature lovers. We booked the Coconut Room which is actually a treehouse. It had...

We stayed here in July. From the moment we arrived it was home from home. Both Claudia and Franklin went out of their way to make us feel at home and were very helpful organising our ATM tour and trips to Cahel Pech and Xunantunich. We stayed in the Tree House which has a outdoor shower! The room was lovely....

My wife and I stayed here in May 2016, on our 25th anniversary trip. It's phenomenal that any place could have over 100 reviews and not one less than 5 starts. It's even more amazing given that this is not an all-inclusive resort, just some lodging and some food options run by one couple. Another reviewer titled their review "A...

My wife, grandson and I spent 3 nights here in July 2016. The cabin we stayed in was very comfortable and the owner, Claudia, went out of her way to schedule tours and transportation. Let me go on the record that this is NOT the Four Seasons. It IS a comfortable, rustic, very clean, jungle cottage in a remote setting...
