As part of our 2 weeks in Belize we came to San Ignacio for 2 nights to experience the inland and the various sites on offer here. Our hosts at Vanilla Hills were so warm and welcoming immediately upon arrival and helped us organise (mostly organised for us) an unforgettable couple of days. With their advice we had a fantastic...

Spent 4 nights in the Treehouse Coconut, Claudia went out of her way to help my boyfriend and I arrange tours and find meals in San Ignacio. Claudia even veganized her signature banana pancakes for us, which were AMAZING. The rooms are very close to nature, so you do need to appreciate the noises of birds and other wildlife, but...

The 3 cabanas are all beautiful and well constructed with I assume local wood, ours could've slept 5 people, bird watching and beverage drinking on the deck was very enjoyable. Claudia arranged 2 wonderful tours for us,...

Accommodation consisted of large airy wooden chaats and a tree house. the decor and fittings were artistic to say the least and both clean and functional. The owners of...

Five stars all the way! Staying at Vanilla Hills is the best choice you'll make when planning your trip to Cayo. The property is incredibly scenic. It's situated close enough to San Ignacio: only a short cab ride away (which they will arrange.) It's quiet and peaceful, and also has all the amenities you would want during your visit. Claudia...

We had a wonderful three night stay. Claudia was amazing - countless tips and suggestions on what to do during our stay, as well as actually booking the tours for us, making restaurant reservations, etc. It all helped to make our visit a big success. And she makes a great breakfast. The cabins are very nice - large, airy and...

Claudia was the perfect host and her and Franklin have created a brilliant experience for people in San Ignacio. We were on our honeymoon and she had our room specially decorated with flowers when we arrived which was a lovely touch. The hospitality from then on was impeccable - they gave us a lift into town on our first night...

The 5 star ratings are accurate. Claudia was so helpful to us during out stay, and Vanilla Hills Lodge is as nice as it looks. Breakfasts were fantastic, and the location so close to San Ignancio was very convenient. Highly recommend.
