I am traveling with my 2 young kids and also my friend with her 3 kids. We each rented a private cabin and had a wonderful stay. The cabins are simple but very clean and each have the option for A/C for an extra cost. Each cabin has a little porch with 2 chairs for relaxing or drying out wet clothes. The property is huge with lots of space for the kids to run, play and explore. It is so wonderful to be able to lay in a hammock, catch up on work on my computer, while my kids play freely in a safe space. I would highly recommend Mana Kai to anyone, but especially those traveling with children. During our stay, there wasn't any food or drinks available for purchase on the property, so we did have to walk a few minutes for coffee or snacks. However, Mana Kai is located behind the french bakery which is delicious and across the street from the town market. Between the bakery and Rosa's taco stand at the market - we ate really cheap and yummy food for every meal.

Camping in a small R.V. Price is right , amenities are all here including clean hot shower and fresh fruit to pick off the trees. Beautiful grounds, convenient to San Ignacio and surrounding ruins and other tourist attractions. Best of all management are extreamly accomodating and treat you like family. It feels like my home away from home.

We stayed in one of the cabins on the grounds of this beautiful property. The cabin was simple but emaculate and accommodated three of us well. This property has a variety of vacation rental options, so just check the website for more info about that. The staff is responsive and helpful in every way. Francisco arranged tours for us, which was great because online there are so many options it's hard to know what to choose. We waited to book anything until we arrived in San Ignacio and talked with Francisco about our options. Once he knew what we were interested in, he arranged tours for us. In fact, he himself is a licensed Belize tour guide so he took us on a tours of Big Rock Falls and Rio Frio Cave which was fun and interesting. The grounds are well kept and the property is clean and well manicured. We were super impressed with this place and with the staff. Another great feature of this place is how easy it is to get to and how near it is to restaurants, the farmers market, etc. A french bakery is right across the street too. This place is just all the way around great. If we come back to San Ignacio we will certainly plan to stay here.

We stayed for 5 nights at Mana-Kai in one of the cabins. Lovely campground - super close to the city center but feels like you’re outside the city. Francisco helped arrange a tour of the ATM cave for us with Luis who was an incredible tour guide, and Francisco, himself, gave us an amazing tour of the Mountain Pine Ridge area. We definitely want to return!

Mana Kay is an quite and relaxing stop in the otherwise noisy and dusty town of San Ignacio. The prices are fair, the installations in good shape. The owner is very helpful with everything. I especially recommend booking the ATM Caves from him, he'll get you Louis, a great tour guide.
