I have stayed at Caves Branch 4 times and every time I found that I wanted to go back ...which is one of the reasons why I keep doing just that. Don't make the mistake of thinking that this is some kind of big corporate resort. It's not. But you could not tell by the way it looks and operates. The focus of Cave's Branch is different. This is an adventure travel operation. They specialize in providing you with a base from which you can indulge in many adventures - from cave tubing to jungle exploration. The food and service in the restaurant is top-notch. The bar tender, (Mr. Mercedes is attentive and hard-working). The rooms are clean, well-maintained and a GREAT mix of comfort and rustic ambiance. The "Tree House" lodges are particularly beautiful and scenic. The pool and botanical garden are both beautiful. If you are looking for something comfortable and yet adventurous, Caves Branch is the place!

Dear bonzodog, We are obviously doing something right to have you wanting to come back over and over and trust us- we ENJOY your visits and are honored to have you as our return visitor! You are so so right- we are NOT a corporate resort but rather an adventure company and jungle lodge- dedicated to showing our guests the best time in a simple and nature filled environment. For our locals who are just getting familiar with our beautiful jewel Belize, Caves Branch is a must-do... Splurging on a treehouse is probably one of the best things anyone can do but in literally every room type, we promise to make your stay the very best possible and as comfortable and carefree as we can. You deserve to be pampered and indulged :) Thank you for your lovely review and we look forward to hosting you again in the very near future- best wishes from the entire team at Caves Branch!

Property's Favorite Review
Our stay at Caves Branch was far and away one of the best family vacations our family of five has experienced. Each staff member at Caves Branch was friendly, helpful, and sharp. We stayed in a Riverview and canopy view treehouse. The rooms were tastefully decorated with a four poster bed and a bunk bed for the kids. There was both inside and outside space. These treehouses, although screened, are open to the jungle and one hears the sounds of the jungle which for us was wonderful. We were particularly impressed by the sharp coordination of all aspects of our visit. The typical routine is to decide at dinner, in consultation with the head guide, what activity/tour one will do the next day. Then, after breakfast, we meet our guide or guides at the designated meeting place for the day's excursion. Some of the tours are rigorous and not appropriate for kids younger than 10. The meals are adequate given the number of people who were staying during the time we were there. All meals were family style buffets with many options. Overall our experience at Caves Branch was fantastic. I have found Belizeans to be friendly and at Caves Branches they take it to the next level.

Dearest 207julianu, What a spectacular and yet humbling review... We are so honored to read your memories of your recent stay with us and we want to THANK YOU for letting us be a part of your family's Belize vacation. As the Adventure Camp that we really are, it is important to us to coordinate the activities as they center around the lodge and other services such as meals, cheese tasting, pool time, bedtime and wake time. After years of perfecting the roles of each service, it is clear that it is hitting the marks and creating the lasting effect that we want for each visitor at Caves Branch. Thank you for your comments regarding the meals... and of course your rooms. We are amazed that you enjoyed literally every facet of your stay and we definitely hope that you will consider visiting again soon. Remember to refer your friends and family and even neighbors... earn credit and come back with an almost paid IF NOT FULLY PAID vacation stay by just referring them and earning points from their bookings. Added to your Return Guest Reward, we are positive that you will LOVE the 2nd visit even more... Best Wishes to you and your family from everyone at Caves Branch Lodge!

The establishment is unique and very well maintained and the staff is courteous trying to make your staying as good as it can be. We can't say anything about the tour we booked as it was cancelled because of the weather...good enough reason to go back!! We loved our weekend at CB.....

I loved this place! The cabana was simple but comfortable and had everything I needed. The meals were family style: good food and I enjoyed meeting new people. The adventure excursions ranged from relaxing to challenging. I opted for the Black Hole hike which was moderately challenging and involved rappelling down the side of a cliff. It was very safe, but the pictures really impressed my friends back home. The best parts of the experience were the natural beauty of the place and the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. I am telling all my friends about this great experience
