Our stay at the Jungle Dome was absolutely fabulous. Simone and Andy are simply the best hosts. The time spent here allows for a restful tranquil stay or as a base to enjoy many activities near by. Horse riding is next door and Golfing is a short distance by road. The Riverside location also offers a substantial sized pool, and an immersive experience of nature at its finest. Food choices are fantastic and Simone and her team catered for specific dietary requirements with a no problem attitude. Our room was spacious very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return.

Everything about the stay was perfect. They picked us up at the airport. The gave us a tour of the property. The food was great. The suite was very comfortable and spacious. They joined us for dinner. They always made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us make plans. The staff also made us feel special. I have traveled extensively around the world and have rarely been treated so well.

While most options for stays were not accommodating local stays on gift certificates, to our surprise Jungle Dome was. From the initial email communication, to the greeting that met us when we arrived, to the polite conversations about the current state of affairs for the tourism sector in Belize, it was all so warm. Simone was a darling. Her upbeat personality was a breath of fresh air in a time when all seems like doom in the tourism industry in many countries. The offer to use their bluetooth speakers to play a little music during and after dinner was a nice touch. The meals were excellent. A basic menu option with a gourmet touch. The service was excellent and the staff was super attentive to our needs. Highly recommended and we will be back and bringing other friends. Small with only five rooms but perfect for a small group.…

My husband and I just returned from out trip to Belize. We stayed at the Jungle Dome with the 4 night Mayan Adventure package and could not have been more pleased with the whole experience! The hosts, Simone and Andy, and the others who worked there were wonderful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We had dinner there every night, and the food was delicious. The place is very quiet and relaxing, with a great pool and places to hang out by the river. Though, we did hear the Howler Monkeys for a while when were swimming in the pool. There is a family of monkeys that live in the trees by the river, and you can sometimes see them in the trees. It was great to stay in the jungle and away from a lot of people, plus it's located next to a horse ranch, which I loved. The room was big and comfortable. We had a pool side room on the second floor with a deck overlooking the pool. The tours we took were fantastic! David, our tour guide for the week, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and had a great respect for nature and education. We couldn't have asked for a better guide around the jungles of Belize. Our tours included Xunantunich Mayan ruins, the Igauna Sanctuary, cave tubing, horseback riding, ATM, a jungle river boat ride, and the Belize Zoo. I learned so much about the plant life and the animals from David. I wish I had a tour guide like him on all our trips. Truly, staying here, is like visiting the friends in Belize that you didn't know you had.…

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clea; fantastic large balcony to relax on. We were upgraded to a larger suite at no additional cost. Nice pool to cool off in at the end of the day. We didn't eat many meals at the hotel but the dinner we had was excellent. Nice outdoor seating area. Horse back riding is available right next door. You can hear the howler monkeys in the jungle in the morning. Only downside was distance from town (not walkable--10 minutes by taxi) however most tour companies will pick you up if you ask them. We did the ATM tour during our stay which was excellent.

The Jungle Dome in Belize is the perfect home base to explore this part of Belize. The food was excellent, the staff and owners were extremely helpful, the tour guides were amazing at their jobs. David had a way of knowing what you needed before you needed it. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. The grounds are immaculate. The soccer field where you can practice or bring a team for skills training was a nice touch. I hear there are plans to host soccer teams for camps in the future. We found the atmosphere most welcoming, the food delicious and served family style, and the owners, Simone and Andy to be extremely accommodating. We had a one stop shop for all of our interior Belize travel needs! Highly recommend this place! My only regret is not allowing ourselves more time for more excursions. Guess we’ll have to come back! Soon! …

I went with friends who have stayed here before & raved. I have never been out of the country before, no less to the JUNGLE! The warmest smile met us at the airport & David took us to the Jungle Dome. Simone, Andy, their sons, and the very capable staff were all delightful. I felt like I had made new family members when we left 5 days later. The food is absolutely gourmet and they accommodated our busy schedule of excursions. Simone swam in the river with us and offered lively conversation when she & Andy joined us for meals. All in all it was a great little suite with all we could ask for! David is a gem & a wealth of information! We already miss them all & want to return.

The Jungle Dome in Belize was the best part of our trip. Not only did they make our trip completely seamless, the owners and staff did everything they could to make our honeymoon memorable AND IT WAS! The accommodations were awesome! We stayed in the lower dome suite. The guide was awesome and knew all there was to know about the tours we took, The cooks, Oh the cooks, the food was wonderful, I just can't say enough about the food. We will be returning next year to celebrate our first anniversary and I can't wait!!

The only problem was that we didn't stay long enough ;) We were only at the Jungle Dome for 2 nights, and I wish we could have stayed the whole week. The food was amazing, loved the family style dinner, so much more personal and fun than a regular restaurant. The room was clean and the air conditioning and hot water worked very well. Beautiful grounds and wonderful hosts. Would love to come back!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Belize Jungle Dome. The accommodations (we stayed in the garden view room) were great. The food was absolutely fantastic, the best we had in during our week long visit in Belize. Andy and Simone were so kind and accommodating, spending time with us each night to hear of our adventures during the day. We will definitely be back to Belize and plan to stay at the Jungle Dome when we do. Our highest regards to Andy and Simone!
