Spent 7 days, 6 nights here in the off-season(week after Thanksgiving). In general, I give this hotel 3 stars. Breakdown of amenities follows: Rooms: we had a double room with a nice view of the Caribbean. The room was clean & comfortable with a tv, refrigerator, iron, two safes, air, ceiling fan, phone, and hair dryer. All rooms opened to...

Belize City gets a bad rap. No, it's not San Pedro, but it is an excellent base if you are conducting any business in Belize. That business could be personal, such scouting out an apartment in San Pedro. Fly into Belize City and get a car to the Ramada Princess. There are always cars at the airport or the Ramada...

The largest hotel in Belize City (and possibly all of Belize) this sea front property offers pretty much everything you'd expect from a standard chain. It's big, it's relatively clean and well maintained and it comes with a price tag way above what Belize itself can offer. The rooms are large and comfortable, if a bit bland in decor. Bathrooms...

The hotel has an excellent location. Big hotel with about 100 rooms, but in poor conditions. Old, with mold smell at the lobby, old fashioned carpets, oxide in fixtures and urgently needs new painting at the walls. Also the parking is too small so its terrible for guests that have a car to find a parking space. Overpriced, as the...

I found 2 days to do a quick visit to Belize city so I took advantage of it. I wanted to stay in a local hotel so it would be easy to explore the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! The hotel was comfortable but in need of a major renovation. It's very dated! The convince of...

The Ramada Princess hotel is conveniently located in Belize City offering basic amenities for a short stay in Belize. The WiFi works best in the lobby however you will have to contend with the cloud cigarette smoke which the lobby is soaked in especially at night. All the rooms have safes and a mini fridge, however the ac units are...

Good location with a couple night life options within walking distance. Breakfast was awful. Refried-beans-and-vienna-sausages-on-back-to-back-days awful. I survived on potatoes and fresh fruit. Basic, adequate room. A little worn but clean. Noticed people's room service dishes stayed outside their doors for a really long time. My biggest complaint was the internet. It kept dropping. Just to complete simple tasks I...

Wow have you been to this place recently? Huge upgrades going on, remodeling of the sea view restaurant its looking so much more at its unfinished stages and I cant wait to eat in there again. Calypso has been repaired and opened again awesome sauce! Wifi signals have improved however they could do with more bandwidth, as I understand they...

We had a layover night to catch our flight out of Belize and back to the states and we picked the Ramada Princess because it had a casino and we thought that would be a fun thing on our last night. While every one of the staff at the hotel was very friendly and more than helpful, that just cannot...
