We loved out stay here! Everything was taken care of for us from food to kayaks so that we could focus on our dives and generally explore the relaxing and beautiful island. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and a great way to escape the sun for a bit. Our view was unbeatable: the perfect place to view the sunrise. Mel... More

We booked a snorkeling excursion through Carnival. They picked us up from the ship. Everyone was extremely nice. They divided us into small groups for snorkeling. The guides were very knowledgeable and considerate. The water was a tad rough, but everyone was intent on keeping all the snorkelers safe. The water was absolutely beautiful!!! They took us to a small... More

It was awesome !! I'm a caye kind of traveler. This was a special place . Low key , beautiful scenery . Great food at the restaurant. My son and I went kayaking. Swimming and snorkeling . Played on the beach . I really enjoyed it . Being on a caye is different than most people realize. It is very... More

Booked this off a carnival cruise. They take you to an island off Turneffe atoll and on the reef. Diving was great. The boats are really big and very nice. Even enjoyed a belkin beer. Very cool being picked up from the ship. Would do again.

Booked this dive through Navigator of the Seas, so it started off pricey, but I expect that from a cruise shore excursion. I went with my daughter and we both had a good time. We dove Black Pearl and Pine Ridge. The harshest things I have to say... Equipment is basic so don't expect a dive computer here, which sucked... More

I have been diving twice with Hugh Parkey's during Carnival cruises. They run the dive operations that you purchase through Carnival's shore excursions in Belize. The cruise ship will anchor well outside of Belize city and diving through the ship's excursions is really the only way to go diving during a port visit on a cruise ship to Belize. The... More

We have stayed here twice with our mission group for a debriefing before we departed to the U.S. As I understand they accommodate groups and of course the cruise ship guests. The cottages over the water are so peaceful and the environment so lovely even when they are accomodating the cruise ship crowds. There is the main complex and I... More

I cant seem to find where I can post something regarding the restaurant at the Adventure Lodge on Spanish Lookout Cay - so hopefully this suffice but I needed to post someplace, since it is post worthy! We had our own catamaran charter and stopped at Spanish Lookout Cay over Easter unfortunately they were closed due to the holiday but... More

I am moving the following review (written Dec. 2014) from the San Pedro location at the owner's request: We booked through the Norwegian Jewel to use credit provided by our travel agent and to take advantage of a direct pick up from the ship which anchors far away from the main port. This is a pricey dive (we took a... More

Perhaps our expectations were too high based on our spectacular dive about 6 years ago with this same dive shop. Hugh Parkey's is very good, safety conscious operation and very convenient to use from a cruise ship as you actually board the dive boat right from the cruise ship. With that being said, we ( a family of 5) kind... More
