Stayed here for 3 weeks in December including Christmas and my hosts were kind enough to share dinner and visit it greatly reduced my missing family. Wifi is decent and they are really knowledgeable about who to see and what to do. Great people, accommodating, down to earth and helpful. I'll be staying next stop in Caye Caulker and have... More

We loved our time this past week at Jaguar Morningstar Guesthouse. It is a most wonderful guest stay with a great, quiet location on the island. We stayed in the upstairs flat with wonderful sunrise and sunset views, ... it was great being on the top floor because we had a slight breeze up there, and a hammock to lounge... More

My time spent here at Jaguar Morning Star with Jack and Roxanne was just the best trip I have ever had here in Belize. If you are looking for a nice, clean quite stay on the island, this place is a must. Thank you for the fantastic time my friends

We stayed six days in the garden cabana and did not have one moment which was not pure comfort and relaxation. This is a simple three room cabana with plenty of space in each area. We cooked most of our meals using local seafood and produce. It was easy because of the good variety of cookware and cooking utensils. There... More

I spent Thanksgiving week here. Room is clean, quiet, and nice view. Owner is very considerate, and helpful in any way. They walked with us to tour the small town, showed us where to get best food, vegetable/fruit, best of all, they showed us where to buy fresh lobster and fish in the pier. We had lobster/conch for 4-5 days.... More

Private, simple and homey! Lovely yard, great view. Convenient and very friendly hosts/owners. WE actually felt more like family than Guesthouse Guest. Roxanne and Jack helped us so much prior to our visit as well as during our visit. They gave us names of taxi cab drivers (Wonderful), Restaurants (great suggestions) and even a fishing guide!

This place is great! The garden cabana has everything you need. And the views from the top flat apartment are great. The owners felt us feel like home. They were very helpful, giving us advice for the tours, breakfast, dinner and everything. They took care of us as all the time, grounding coffee for us, lighting antimosquitos spirals before the... I had emailed the owners in advance to let them know our travel dates and they were very helpful in guiding us from Belize City to the water taxi to their place ($10Bz). The hotel is very spacious, we stayed in the upstairs unit with two comfortable beds and had a small kitchen, bath, living room, and hammock on the... More

We stayed 4 nights in the garden apartment. The owners are relatively new and you can see that they put their heart in the place. They gave us a warm welcoming and helped us in whatever we needed. It's worth to mention that we are a gay couple and we had a very gay friendly experience that made us feel... More

Joanne and Al were a really charming couple. They told us where to eat and gave us ideas on what to see. Al makes furniture and he invited us into his shop. The wood he uses is mostly from Belize. He is amazing. Joanne was very helpful with directions and explanations. We had all that one could ask for in... More
