We did NOT have a reservation-MISTAKE! Landed by boat at sunset and walked up and down the little caye with our backpacks-everything booked. We did have a list and Sandly Lane was on it but we couldn't find it! A secluded little area across from a soccer field and steps from the ocean. We were so lucky at dark now... More

If you are looking for a chill, quiet inexpensive accommodation on Caulker then this is the place for you. I've come here for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. You have your choice of a place with just a bed & sink with shared washrooms or places with your own bathrooms and there 's a few cabanas with... More

We stayed in a Cabana here for 3 nights and loved it. Basic but clean, quiet, and ridiculously cheap compared to all the other places on the island. Location is right in the centre and a 1min walk from the beach, they had a mix of private and shared bathrooms etc, and were friendly and cleaned the room every day.... More

The owners are very nice and warm. We stayed in a cabana and it had everything we needed. The place is very rustic but very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location is just a few minutes from beach and restaurants. As well as the water taxi port. There are no bell and whistles here but it is clean and comfortable.

With no reservation and a late arrival we were stuck staying here. The bed springs were poking through the mattress. The bathrooms were out in a separate building with a cold shower. It was a wooden shack with chicken wire windows. It was very noisy. Checkout at 10 am. One of the worst places I ever stayed at.

Sandy Lane is a great value. I stayed in a Cabana. It was a good value for me as a single person, but the cabana sleeps three, so if there are several people traveling, it would be an even better value. There's a fully equipped kitchen, and a store right across the road where you can buy food. I was... More

My friend and I were very happy to find the cabana for only $33 USD, we had our own kitchen and bathroom, plus a full bed and two single sleepers. It would be perfect for three people, one of the beds is a bit small. It's cute and everything you need, but mind you it's nothing fancy, beds are a... More

Going to Sandy Lane is like going home for me. The kindness and generosity of Miss Elma beckons me so much I am sending one of my best friends, David, in my stead to her care. I always rent a cabana (a wee self-contained cottage) which is fully equipped (kitchen) and has full-sized appliances to cook up all the fresh... More

Sandy Lane was the perfect accommodation for two people on a budget. My friend and I stayed in a cute little cabana which had a double bed, a single bed, three fans, a private bathroom, dining table and a mini kitchen with fridge, stove, sink, coffee maker, blender, crockery and cutlery. It also had a little verandah we could sit... More

Couldn't believe how much cheaper Sandy Lane was than all the other options on the island. We looked at a double room with bathroom for $35bz and one without for $20bz. We went for the one without since the share toilets were close and very clean and the room was bigger and more spacious. The room came with fan, fly... More
